Dominican Spanish lady doesn’t comprehend anything you say Spanish nor English. You have to repeat yourself and she completely ignores you. Then later repeats what you said in a less educated way. She talks to you like you have no brain cells when you’ve clearly know what you’re talking about. The attitude in her face is completely uncalled for:

AVOID AVOID AVOIDThe worst place to do anything. The lady at the front desk is rude and has no regard for other people. Not trained to deal with customers. Disrespectful and too much attitude.

Came here with the appointment letter at 2:25 the lady in the desk wouldn’t accept me citing that they close 2:30in the website says it’s 3:30,close this place please.

My daughter went to get blood test had appt at 2 got there 15 mins early only one other person in waiting room the front desk woman was extremely hard to understand she came out half hour later talking on the phone with someone and looked at me and said shes waiting to hear from her boss if all the tests could be done after waiting another 15 minutes I told her I wanted my paperwork back and she said she was waiting for a fax not explaining anythingAlso there is no privacy in office people watching you when you check in on the kiosk and front desk lady shouting out personal medical info this is a completely unprofessional office and I would never leave my blood here for testing

Rude staff. I had to give a urine sample and the bathrooms didn't have sinks to wash my hands. No sink where they draw blood either. I should have walked out. 5 days later and I am still waiting for results. No way to contact anyone.

Horrible experience. Had an appointment scheduled for two o'clock. Came 15 min early. Receptionist had me waiting there until 2:30 pm, unsure if they could do all my bloodwork I needed. She did not explain what tests she was waiting for and only told me she was on the phone with her manager. I was so upset with the lack of communication that I left. This place is so unorganized and receptionist is screaming out people's personal heath info in office but will not directly explain updates to patients. Disgusted with service here. Save yourself time and a headache and avoid this place at all costs.
