I am so confused why people gave bad ratings because for me it was very good experience.
I recently visited Labcorp 126 street, kew gardens location for routine blood work, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The check-in process was quick, and they made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
The phlebotomist she was highly skilled—it was one of the most painless blood draws I’ve ever experienced. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience.

Receptionist is NEVER in the front. Came in at 11:45 am and the person in front was already on their 12:00-12:30 lunch. Multiple people came in to not find someone at the window including FEDEX who was waiting for 5 minutes for someone to sign off their package.

People are nice but they move like snails here . Waited 1.5 hours for a drug test and it was only 5 people ahead of me .. nobody is ever at the front desk

I went for a blood draw yesterday,I scheduled this appointment for 11:15 a.m. arrived early and presented the RX of testing needed . When it was 20 minutes past the scheduled time I kindly asked the technician how long the wait time would be . The response given was “ I have to look over the list as you don’t want to do all of it today “ majorrr attitude , she could have easily stated I’m just reviewing your list and should be with you shortly . I felt unsure I should allow her to take my blood since she was clearly unhappy, also I have difficult veins.( 3 sticks later no success) .The second lab technician tried once and said it’s very difficult and she didn’t want to poke again as she did not believe it would be possible at this point . She was very apologetic and kind. Would not recommend this location .

Dominican Spanish lady doesn’t comprehend anything you say Spanish nor English. You have to repeat yourself and she completely ignores you. Then later repeats what you said in a less educated way. She talks to you like you have no brain cells when you’ve clearly know what you’re talking about. The attitude in her face is completely uncalled for:
