Zero stars if it was possible. My car Malfunction on me twice in the past 2 weeks. They provide no towing. Had to jump start the 1st time and take it to service. Claim to resolve all the issues, this past Friday car malfunctions again and can't start up. I called Saturday explain the situation. Again no tow to help get the car to the location and not only that, you need an appointment which would've been Wednesday Dec 6th. How can I get to them if the car doesn't start? Got an outside tech to check it out Tuesday Dec 5th. Battery was no good after they claim it was fine. Paid for new battery and tech time. Called for reimbursement, was told to call corporate. Spoke to corporate no reimbursement because outside tech was used instead of dealer service and warranty was still active. Now I'm out almost 1,200 dollars because both the dealership and corporate is incompetent. Already filed complaint with better business bureau and DMV NY state dealership complaints. Keep your money and find a better car and dealership.

I’ve been coming in this location for service ever since I had my Nissan Rogue 2013 and all of my nissan repairs. Service has gone downhill and the last straw for me was I came in to fix my AC. The AC was blowing warm air from one side and cold air from the other. Paid $180 for a “trained technician” to diagnose and another $228 to do a coolant flush. Tech quoted $3666.79 to repair the AC (Heater box unit needs to be replaced) which I refused. Since summer heat was getting unbearable I decided to go to another mechanic a few months later and they managed to fix my AC and all it needed was a freon refill.

Crooks! I took my car in for an oil change and they tried to tell me that I needed over $4,000 in service to my car. I took my car to another mechanic and he told me that only $250 of the services were valid. Go somewhere they won’t try to screw you.

I have been a customer of Koeppel Nissan since January, 2009. With that said , this location is awesome . The service department display of professionalism is too tier. I went in today without an appointment and was seen right away.A special thank you to the manger in charge of the service department for always rising above the occasion and his wonderful staff.

Horrible experience after purchasing my Nissan Murano with an Electrical and mechanical insurance package. I ask if they provide Loners if my Vehicle would need repairs and they said yes. After almost a year with my Vehicle, I Scheduled an appointment which was at 9:00 am today 6-27-2023 by 1 pm they still haven't looked at my car by 2 pm I ask what's the problem. They told me my car will need to stay at the shop 5 1/2 hours and nothing was done very poor customer service Rude and unpolite I couldn't get a loner vehicle. I took my car and left I wouldn't recommend this place to no one,So deceiving when you are buying acar please be careful.

Everytime we go there will end up with a big fat bill. They always know how to find problems with your car and bill you. Cleaning of engine pipe will cost you hundreds of bucks here. Have a hole in the tire can cost you a few hundred here. Thank you for your dedication and I am just sharing our experience. We got car from them initially.

Had my work vehicle serviced here under warranty. When you call for updates customer service rep says someone from Service Department will call back and they never do. Text messages on designated line get ignored. Maybe they are overwhelmed by volume but the process was definitely not smooth. Left the vehicle Friday morning and got it back Wednesday afternoon without access to all the tools I need to do my work. Giving 3 stars for the fact that my AC works now.

Let me tell you I had the worst experience. First of all I took my 2022 pathfinder for a oil change and the heating system in the dealer roof melted the cargo bars in my vehicle. After that my vehicle started to get water inside from the roof in the passenger side. I took it to your dealer again. They told me they changed the pasanger side drain hose and 2 days later after I picked up my car..it happened again, water inside the vehicle same place same situation. I took it again 15 days later they told me they couldn't replicate the water leak. They didn't do nothing..a total waste of time. .

If only I can give this place a zero star. I have been getting scammed by their service department for quite some time now. I have written many emails to their management team but all they say is to call them and they will put you in VIP list for next appointment. Like why is there such segregation, everyone is paying for their services and should be treated equally. Also be very careful of their service department advisors, they get commissions on your total bill amount so they will recommended services you don't need and barely get your issues resolved you come in for not do they call to follow up on the service. I had the worst experience with their service dept a few weeks ago. My 2017 Nissan Altima with only 60k miles, was making a squeaky noise when I hit breaks. I made an appointment and took the car there. The service advisor suggested they will have to do a break clean up with will cost around $400-$500. I said ok do it. I drop the car off at 8:30am and never heard back from them until called around 1pm to get the status on the car. The service advisor had no clue and said she will call me back. She calls back and tells me I need xy&z. I said I just need the breaks serviced which we discussed but it's ok go ahead and change the engine and cabinet filter as well. She goes we need to do multipoint inspection and that take 24-36 hours so the car won't be ready today. I said I don't want this inspection so just do what we discussed, she goes it done already and I said but I told you I do not want this service as I need the car. Long story short, she was going to charge me $300 for the inspection but waved the fee and I never got the report anyways even as a curiosity. I pick up the car the car is still making the same squeaky noise. No difference at all and I lost $600. The service advisor never called me to follow up and check and see if the issue still exists but this is it for me with this place. I do not recommend this place to anyone even my in-laws. Go find a better shop and save yourself the headache and your hard earned money.

This is for the parts department. I ordered parts online from them. The short version is they never sent the parts. I chased it down with them over the phone and they tell me the order was cancelled because they do not ship out of state.While I don't have a problem with a business having this policy. It would have been nice if their website didn't complete the order. Would have been even better if they contacted me to tell me that the order was cancelled. I was left sitting on my hands waiting for a part.The lack of notice for the cancellation is unacceptable.
