One of the worst shopping experience ever. Walked into the store around 12:40p on 11/25/2020. One gentleman and his Co worker stood at the door having a conversation. I proceeded to walk to the sneaker section to look at my options. I had some choices in mind and not once did they stop to acknowledge me. I looked over to them a few times and they was to busy conversing. I proceeded to walk pass them to the polo section on the other side of the showroom. They continued as if I wasn’t their. I ended up sitting down for 5 mins realized they didn’t care. Stood up and walked around again, passed the register and not 1 person acknowledged me in the whole store. I couldn’t believe this wasn’t the service level at this location. After looking around for another 5 mins. I decided to sit down and write this review. In the process of me writing this message/feedback the young man decided to walk over to me at 1:30pm to ask me if I needed help. I told him not anymore. He went back to having his conversation with his coworker. The sad part about all of this. He’s the manager at this location his name is Michael. This is what you call lead by example. Smh Thanks to Sied he told me Michael was the manager...
