The new bank manager Joanna is such a pleasure to do business with. She assisted me with my transactions with ease and professionalism. She was very personable and knowledgeable. The staff here are extremely professional and helpful ! Especially Miss Elaina . She is such friendly and patient to me .because my English not really good. but she treated me with respect and patience all the time. She actually knows what I am doing. and processed my request immediately ! definitely recommend this bank !

They have never had fast service but ever- since they changed to Citizens the wait is absolutely ridiculous. They have 3 or 4 people at a desk and only one teller. They should be able to jump in and do a few simple transactions to make the line faster. Line takes 30 minutes for a quick 2 minute transaction. This is ridiculous!

A bank is supposed to be about customer service and this branch has no customer service. Everybody speaks about the horrible customer service especially the manager. Kudos to the Whitestone branch because they know what customer service is.
