This is a continuous situation where they should be open and they will be closed. Instead of fixing the ipad screen they just glued it and after a week you could see the screen is popping up again with glue.

I wanted to upgrade (downgrade) my review from 3 stars to one star. This place is horrible. I was one of the lucky ones to have my phone work at all. Every problem you will have with your phone will be someone else's fault. You can tell by their reviews that you should stay way clear of this place. They should put a skull and crossbones on their window.

I had a problem with my iPad not charging. Ifixscreens was able to solve my problem the same day, and did a great job. Orlando explained the problem, and after repairing it, told me how to avoid future difficulties with charging. I was very satisfied, and would return there for any other fixes.

Nice, fast and affordable service. I went in today with a Galaxy S21 that had charging issues and Sim card issues. They were able to fix it within a hour.

I came in to get the back of my iPhone fixed, which they did do, but when they returned it to me they immediately let me know that they broke the camera during the repair process but that I could come back in a few days to have a new camera put in. They replaced the camera for free and after getting my phone back, the camera was acting strangely, so I went back for them to take a look at it. I got into a verbal altercation with their “Senior technician” who denied ever having broken the camera to begin with (?) and refused to let me talk to anyone else other then him so I went around him and spoke with one of the higher up because iPhones are EXPENSIVE and it was brand new and the camera is broken! He apologized for the technicians error and the way he spoke to me and then stated he would get my camera tested and fixed by another technician and promised to call me a few days later. He never did, I tried reaching out to him multiple times and never received a call back, and my phone has never worked correctly again. My camera freezes and will randomly stop working CONSTANTLY. Truly terrible experience; I’ve never been yelled at by a store employee or treated so terribly by a complete stranger!

i do not recommend this store to anyone, because I have never seen unprofessional people like this in my entire life. those people keep telling you lies about your device.i give them my laptop and it has a crack on the screen and some electrical issue, they told my you can take it in matter of days. but it actually been 8 months without any progress so just asked for my money back and I take my laptop the same way I give to them and even worse.

My Macbook Pro 2020 M1's screen was broken because I dropped my airpods case on it. I brought it to iFixScreens, and they informed me that they will special order the screen to fix it. They quoted me $400. Apple quoted me $600 so to save money, I opted for iFixScreens. This was the biggest mistake I have ever made, and had cost me $1000 in loss to repair. Not only did the repair take over a month (because they had ordered the wrong part), after fixing the screen I noticed the following problems:(1) my camera no longer worked;(2) the hinge of my Macbook was loose so when I use it, any movement of the screen will cause it to fall and snap down;(3) there are light LED streaks on the bottom of the screen.(1) The first problem was the webcam camera no longer connecting. I went back the next day, and the guy said that it was not his fault that the webcam does not work. Meanwhile the webcam used to work prior to the repair. I asked if he could fix it, and he said no, it would require me to spend more money to order the part so they could repair it. I spoke to an Apple Genius employee and he told me that the webcam and the screen are two different components, and that the reason it does not connect is because the iFixScreens repairmen did not adequately and carefully install the screen, which led to the broken camera. iFixScreens told me to buy an external webcam to fix my problem. I am a college student, and having an webcam is important, and carrying a bulky external webcam is out of the question. iFixScreens ruined my webcam and wanted to charge me more to fix it.(2) The hinge is extremely loose and it falls when I use it or move it around. I went back to iFixScreens and they said that is how MacBooks are, and they blamed my Macbook cover for adding weight which closes the screen. iFixScreens does not blame themselves for their problems, they blame you. Obviously my Macbook hinge was sturdy when I purchased it, and I even used it with a cover and had no problem prior to the "iFixScreens repair."(3) A few months later I went to them because I saw light LED screaks coming from my screen. Again, the representative did not take blame for their faulty repair. I told them I was covered under their warranty of 180 days. They told me because the MacBook screen is a "special order," it does not have 180 day warranty. It only has a 30 day warranty. This was NOT explained to me when I first came to them. The representative misrepresented the store's warranty policy by explaining to me that we have 180 days, even with knowledge that the order is a special order, he continued to say we have 180 days of warranty.Long story short, I had to go to Apple and drop $650 to fix the screen and the camera. Going forward I will go to Apple for any Macbook related problems, and avoid this place. In fact, I was so traumatized by this unprofessional and fraudulent place that I will avoid all 3rd party repair shops. I genuinely believe the screen they installed was not genuine because the hinge was loose and the LED lights were streaking. The repairmen are unskilled since they broke my webcam while fixing the screen. If I could give a 0/10 I would. If you come here to repair your MacBook Screen PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!Update: Went to the Apple store and the genius bar tech checked out the laptop. He ran a full analysis and found that the screen that iFixScreens installed was NOT COMPATIBLE to my macbook. That is why after installation, the camera stopped working. iFixScreens guarenteed that it was a genuine product but that was another lie. I attached pictures of the screen analysis below for proof.Update 2: The owners commented under this thread to email them my invoice number. I did this, and they still did not reach out to me.

Visited this store on a Sunday which was a huge convenience. The process to have my screen fixed was easy and started by looking up the right part to have ordered. My phone was not able to be fixed that day which is the only complaint. Other than that, the price was decent... cant expect anything would be under $100 today. Was glad they could order the part and have it fixed in 1 to 2 days.

DO NOT BUY! Worst quality screen and even worst customer service! I replaced my iPhone screen with them and it didn’t last even a month. I thought there was probably a warranty because the short time but when I got there the guy that was there just said they are not responsible of it and they couldn’t do nothing. They sell bad quality products that get damaged right away to keep customers coming back. SCAM!

They fixed my surface pro 7 broken screen where geek squad wouldn't, because Microsoft doesn't allow it. The first screen they bought was faulty, but I understand that these happen. It wasn't their work that was at fault. They honored their warranty and replaced the faulty screen. Turn around was only a few days.
