The customer service is excellent but the conditions of the bearded drags were terrible. I'm not sure how you're supposed to sell animals that are rotting. Their enclosures were filthy and so was their water. Take better care of the animals you're trying to sell.

The store had what I needed and it was on sale, made the item worth purchasing, especially since turtles tank lightbulbs are expensive and usually don't last long. Saved $4 , I was definitely happy. Please keep discounts coming.

Disgusted at what went on yesterday. Around 2:15 pm. Between the female Cashier and the "new" kid that was working the floor what a joke.
