Sooo we had a change in flights and spent the night. Kinda fast in and out. Overall it’s fine, not my favorite Hyatt but really did the job. Very strange location, I had trouble figuring out where to park. No signs! Plus I was jet lagged. I’ll be back soon for another layover, I’ll probably check out the casino just to see where I’m at!

The rooms were a dream the hotel service was amazing and the location is just right not to fall not too close just far enough away I mean I have to worry about anything in case of emergency but overall my experience at the casino in the hotel as well was absolutely amazing I would recommend those two places to anyone if you're reading this please visit the Hyatt regency at the result resorts casino you won't regret it

Loved everything about this place except for the staff at the front desk:1. Slow service at desk in evening.2. Will just charge your card. I asked for total that they would hold my card for, it was more than they said. I caught it cause my phone shows the notification of amount. Since it is a resort, they charge a resort fee.3. Everything else was good. Location was great, free parking…

Nice place to stay while waiting for a flight. The Casino seems. It’s not by much else. But lots of options within the facilities.

Rooms: Clean ,modern, new,Safety: Without room key you couldn't operate the elevator. Room doors double protection.

Hotel checkin was smooth, got a little lost, stop at the security entrance in front of the casino off level 4 and was treated like a criminal by guards (Franky knah,Dudley ) because security decided to judge me and make assumptions. I was commanded to remove my hoodie after i told them numerous time I am not trying go on the casino floor, I just wanted direction to my room. They then decided scolded me like a child without common courtesy and concerns for the reason I was seeking their help. Had I known asking for help, would have had me, being racially profiled, I would have had a better experience being lost. Not only was that concerning and traumatizing. When I finally got to the room after being threatened that I would be removed from the premises, room was not up to standard.

Great location and close by to areas that I’ll need access to during my stay. Love the front desk hospitality. Reason why. I put 4 stars for the service. I was expecting that you may have a shuttle services to the airport. Uber will do the job anyway. Clean room. I like the modern furniture, fixture and equipment. You can’t beat that!

Steller property in the Queens area! Feels new, clean and the rooms are huge! Very happy with the entire stay and especially the free parking. Can't wait to stay again!

We stayed here for 1 night and it was super clean and comfortable (the bed). There’s a casino but we’re not interested in that! I would stay here again in I have an over night layover in jfk.

If you're a gambler, this is your place around these parts. Personally, I was here for work. Very nice accommodations. Fast, efficient, friendly, staff for meet, greet, check-in, & check-out. I would do leisure in in the future.Rooms: Clean, above & beyond. No notable omissions.Walkability: Not much around here EXCEPT adjoining Casino.

We usually stay here the night before an early flight or sometimes just to get away for the night. The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure our short stays are flawless from check in to check out. Thanks to Jeffrey and Stephanie and their team for showing the upmost professionalism.
