Very hungry sharks. Also very shady business practice. Wife and I went to Huffman to look at furniture and she fell in love with a coffee table. Purchased it, was told it was final sale and it would take about a week to arrive. We were also told we would receive a call to pick it up. 2 weeks go by, no call. Then finally, warehouse calls and said it's ready for delivery but we were promised in store pick up to avoid delivery fee. Another week goes by and I go I to the store, not there yet. I got in a few days later, still not arrived. By this point, we're upset it's taking so long. So we look around and find the same table at another furniture store.half the price. Then we see on Huffman koo website. It's selling for a little less than 3/4 the price!! So we are mad at this point. But you know what, they got us on "final sale" so not much we can do about it. For those that want to look for furniture, don't go to Huffman. Go to their website. Or other competitors because you'll find a much better deal! Oh and when I finally picked up the table, it was not even boxed. You can't even tell if it's sample or floor sale! Never again!

Eli the owner or part owner is a liar they promise you everything before you pay. Plus you have to pay for everything before getting anything. Which I did then I get the furniture the table is completely different and the couch I ordered was suppose to have a bed in it we even tried it in the store and once it comes there’s no mattress or bed and Eli claimes that that’s what I ordered which is incorrectI will never purchase from this company ever again and I’ll make sure to tell everybody I know and don’t know that not to shop here it’s a scam and they big big liars

This furniture store provided the worst services ever. The store salesman named Steve lied to the customers about delivery time. You will have to wait a month without being notified of your furniture. I filed a complaint with the store manager, and he promised to refund me the delivery fee on the second day and deliver my furniture in a week; however, they have yet to call me back and refund the fee after whole week. The staff who work for this store have no credit. When the sofa finally arrived my place. they put whole piece of three people sofa in a box which can't fit in to the elevator. When I ask them to take it apart, they told me to pay extra 250 dollars for it. This store is a scam that uses the low price to attract customer and add more extra fee while delivering.

Misleading people about furniture 50 to 70 percent off, actually when you go in there not really.They convince people with false advertising . You will see old creepy man with bad attitude at the end. Their delivery service is horrible. Not on time . Not only that they deliver the furniture without wrapping or any protection. Bad experience, will not recommend to anyone. Notifying Better Business Bureau and consumer affairs for shady sale practices.

I went to this store last week and because im in hurry i told to the old man who’s in there that i will comeback,he’s a little bit strange and rude but i dont mind it at first,by the way iam looking for a sofa bed.Yesterday Nov 2, 2023 i visited again just to look the one that i prefer to buy and he let me go in alone in the basement.And he followed me..i told him that i need a sofa bed and if he can give a a discount and he said yes,for 999 but make sure you will buy it..i said ok can u open it i want to look and try it by myself..He said if you will buy it then i will open it,coz i dont want to waste my time to u!i sain excuse me?i want to see first before i buy that’s what customers do! And he said “dont u see a sofa bed?!”..i said yes many times but i want to see first and he said no! Im freaking out! Omg! I said to him he’s so rude and doesn’t believe that i can buy a furniture maybe because im wearing a simple thermal and a backpack..He told me to go out and lead me to elevator..He’s a dumb old man!!so i ended up buying in Raymour and Flanigan at the corner of grand avenue 11373 new york ..They are so nice they treated me nicely i bought a recliner sofa and a set of dinning table for almost 3k ..yes its more expensive but the way they approach me is very different from the other..Im calling to the owner of this company to not allow their people to discrimate customers ..not because of how we look please..give him a warning you will loose all your customer because of him…i dont want to rate your store even 1 point but this is the only way to make a call so u can notice me.thanks

If you go into this overpriced fleabag store and are approached by an older salesman named Eli, please RUN RUN RUN away and never go back. We wanted to buy a small sleeper couch for a guest room, and this guy initially gave us a discounted price that we accepted. Before finalizing the sale and placing the order, we told him we wanted to come back the next day with a family member just to see if he liked the couch too, and then we would buy it. When we returned the next day and decided to purchase the couch, this LIZARD Eli completely reneged on the discount he offered us the day before, saying he can't give us the couch for the price that HE QUOTED HIMSELF!!!! He then threw a fit and told us to leave "his" store and go somewhere else.... This store sells garbage furniture and employs sleazebag scam artists who are rude to customers and dishonest. Please stay as far away as possible from this place!!!!

We had great service last week with Eli and Steve! We've been slowly hunting for new living room furniture for months and finally purchased at Huffman Koos! Our furniture was delivered and set up today! Already lounging as I write this.... will definitely go back for future furniture needs.

The associates on the sales floor were very helpful. They took the time to explain the details of different sets and gave realistic time frames that some items would take a few months to arrive due to being shipped from overseas. Everyone who worked there was extremely patient and kind.

Horrible customer service from an old, slim, tan looking man with heavy prescription glasses and a mustache. Apparently he is the owner of this location (he mention that.) Didn't have a name tag either unfortunately. From the start I already forecast an issue with this individual. For every sofa I asked if it was real leather or not he replied with a price point and never answered my question about the leather. Then he would make comments like " these sofas are better for you, they are cheap" mind you we never discussed any budgets or price ranges for the sofas I was looking for. Which gave me the assumption that he thought I couldn't afford the sofas I was selecting. When I asked him why he kept mentioning prices when I didn't ask he replied and I quote " I DON'T WANT TO WASTE MY TIME ON YOU." After that I walked out.Very condescending and discriminative individual that should retire and stay home.Happy to say I didn't spend my money here. Do yourself a favor and go down a block to Raymour and Flanigan. Better furniture, prices and customer service.

I purchased a sleeper sofa and delivery persons were rude and careless. I was there guiding their way. I repeatedly asked them to open the second before shoving and causiñg the railing separating the two doors damage. After the damage they opened the second door. I took the chance and accepted deliver without them submitting insurance docs. They were unable to fit the sofa through my doorway. Salesman offered to break it row and rebuild. Tried to work with salesman but he refuses to submit insurance docs to enable me to schedule redelivery with my building mgt. Awful experience!

I never write a review, in this store they only want to take your money, I buy in the store 3 months ago, and this is the time that they do not shipping all the part, first they told me that in a week I will receive my bed set but when they came the wood was to deteriorate, this item like used, a month after they come back and bring the set the bed panel and the front but the side bed that hold the panel and the front never came they said in a few week will delivery but never come and we have 3 months waiting for this part, also the dining table came damage and I still waiting for the call that they said they will send me a technical, i have all the part stuff in my living, you are irresponsible because I call the company in order to know when they will coming for fix my dining table and bring me side bed holder and the response to me in bad actitud we dont know we call you when arrive. It is not fair to paid for damage stuff, this company is a scammer they just only want your money and after they do mot resolved your problem. 2months after I went in queens Blvd store in order to know what happen that i still waiting and I want my money back they said not because we do mot return money. Please be away from this store.
