I dont recommend this place. I came here first on April 4, I paid $585 to do my tax return with $40 “Peace of Mind” fee. What i got was an incompetent tax preparer who always seems confused every time she submit my tax.
I found it also very hard to communicate with my tax preparer, she never responded to my email about any changes from my end that needs to be done.
Finally it was submitted. Only until few days later she had to call me and ask me to come because it was rejected. I finally ask for an extension, she never said anything that I had to pay the tax as soon as possible and as a result now I am late, I must pay the fine and etc.
I finally had my last meeting on June 3. However, upon finishing the whole process the screen showed me I still need to pay extra $440. Mind you I paid $585. That means I must to pay $1025 ONLY FOR THEM TO FILE MY TAX (my tax, fine and whatsoever not included) and I refused.
In the end, i asked them to cancel my tax. THREE MONTHS WASTED FOR NOTHING!!!!!! Worst decision of my life.
