Failed to ask me the Cryptocurrency question about selling and buying. Also did not return phone call when I asked why was I getting less than the projected taxed Income. And seemed like she was rushing my return, hence forgetting to ask me the Cryptocurrency question. Other than these negatives everything was fine.
