The member was extremely helpful and help me out beyond what I was originally expected. She even help correct items from 2020, I will use her again in the future. I wish all employees at H&R Block was as dedicated as she was to help me with my tax service.

The preparer, Shyam Gajwani, did not listen to what my wife and I wanted. Had to tell him repeatedly how we wanted our taxes prepared and he still did not follow our instructions. Also filed them without our signatures on H&R Block's own release/permission paperwork. Worst tax preparation experience I have ever had. Wish I could give 0 stars!

I Conceptie Dieudonne do not trust any other companies from1998 till present 2022 although a retired Senior on social security retirement and federal retirement disability since 2009 I was privilege to file my tax with H&R block
