135-21 37th Ave, Queens“Very good hotel. 2 mins walking from metro which directly connected to central manhattan and 10-15 mins drive from manhattan. Staffs were so welcoming especially lady at front desk and gentleman uncle was so kind to tell us in and around places to eat. Room was small but still it’s New York.”
“Very centrally located on Jackson Ave in LIC, but much quieter than directly in Manhattan. Several metro stations and bus stops are within walking distance (e.g. only 3 stops to 5th Ave) and food trucks, restaurants, a small food hall, cafes, etc. are also in the immediate vicinity.
The aloft Hotel belongs to the Mariott Group and is stylishly/modernly furnished.
The staff is very friendly and service-oriented. The rooms are nicely decorated and housekeeping is done daily. An absolute highlight is of course the roof terrace!
For those who like it quiet: There were no loud parties or anything like that during our stay in October.
We would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend the hotel!
Rooms: We had a room upgrade so we were accommodated in a double room with a balcony. The balcony faced the back yard, but that was fine for us. Even having a balcony in New York is a luxury. The double room was large enough for 2 people, had a comfortable double bed, a double-door wardrobe and a separate bathroom with shower.
In addition, the safe could be used free of charge and - in case it was important to someone - there was also an ironing station in the room. The rooms were cleaned daily.
Nearby activities: Everything can be easily reached on foot and/or by metro. Top location!
Safety: Top location of the hotel. We never felt unsafe either in or outside the hotel.
Walkability: Restaurants, bars, food trucks, a food hall, a Target, etc. are all in the immediate vicinity.
A total of 3 metro stations are within walking distance (less than 5 minutes), of which around 6 metro lines run to/through Manhattan.
It takes about 45 minutes to get to JFK by Metro and AirTrain.
Food and drinks: We only ate outside, but you could also have breakfast in the hotel and there was an on-site bar.”
“As a discerning traveler, my recent stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Flushing NY, exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was met with an ambiance of modern elegance and hospitality. The attention to detail in every aspect of the property, coupled with an array of amenities, ensured a memorable experience.Firstly, the hotel's aesthetics are simply wonderful. The modern design combined with tasteful décor create a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts guests at ease. The meticulous attention to cleanliness and maintenance further adds to the overall appeal of the property. Moreover, the level of customer service exhibited by the staff at Four Points by Sheraton Flushing is truly commendable. From the friendly and efficient front desk personnel to the attentive housekeeping staff, every interaction was marked by professionalism and genuine warmth. Any concerns or inquiries were promptly addressed, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable stay. One highlight of my experience was the hotel's bar, where I indulged in some truly delightful drinks. The expertly crafted cocktails and extensive beverage selection provided the perfect setting for relaxation. In conclusion, despite initial apprehensions stemming from other reviews, I can confidently attest that the Four Points by Sheraton Flushing is a marvelous property that delivers on all fronts. Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel to travelers seeking a combination of new hotel, comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. My stay here was nothing short of exemplary, and I look forward to returning in the future.”
“My wife priscille and I had a 10 hour flight ✈️ to newyork and when we arrived Eric and Vicky from the front desk were absolute super stars.
They were extremely professional, respectful, and very helpful. They both went above and beyond.
My wife and I are greatful.
Thank you for everything.
Kris and Priscille.
Rooms: The beds were incredibly comfortable and gave us a marvelous sleep.
The room was clean and as former house person I know how hard the HK and HP team works in a hotel.
Never forget to give these people a massive thank you.
Food and drinks: The food was delicious and the mac cheese burger was epic.”

133-12 37th Ave, Queens“It was one of the hotels offered to me through the Agoda application after a hotel 5 minutes away from Manhattan, New York was canceled. I chose it because it was close to the metro. The area is full of Korean, Chinese, Taiwanese and Thai style restaurants. It's totally a Chinatown. There is Mays's and a shopping mall nearby. It is very easy to reach Mangattan from the center with a metro ride of about 40 minutes. The same thing comes out for breakfast every day. We found something to fill our stomachs. Our room was cleaned every day. There is no problem other than being far from Manhattan
Nearby activities: In a neighborhood where Far Eastern cuisine dominates”

1 Idlewild Dr, Queens“The stay was great, the rooms are toooo overpriced for the size but the amenities the hotel have and location is very good and made sense. Went to the restaurant and Candace was a WONDERFUL server. Ended up having her for dinner then breakfast and her service never wavered. My sister and I went out the night before to somewhere near by and the hotel had a 24 hr food area! Was great for late night snacks before bed and the guy that helped us then was just as great. I wish I saved the photos I took of the food. Overall it’s a very expensive stay and if I had the money I’d stay there multiple times a year other than that great experience.”

“Stayed during Spring Break with the family. We had a horrible experience at a hotel in Midtown Manhattan and I’m very grateful to have stayed here for the duration of our trip. The front desk & management were fantastic. They helped us with an array of needs from holding our bags until check in time, transportation & food suggestions, to arranging for a shuttle to the LIRR station (our situation was complex so I can’t be sure it’ll happen for you). Our room was clean and had plenty of the amenities expected at these hotels. Rooms were on the thinner side but we honestly didn’t care as we were beat from our daytimes and eventually slept like babies.A very important note: This location is half a block away from a discount store & grocery store/market with surprisingly nice selection of things you’d need during longer stays. Nice to save some $$. Great food within a reasonable distance as well. The continental breakfast is what you would expect but on the higher spectrum because the staff kept everything fully stocked and the coffee had a nice kick!!I’m staying here the next time I visit NYC and not looking to spend on fancy hotels.Noteworthy details: Public transportation worked like a charm to and from Manhattan and the rest of the tourist attractions. The bus line across the street and the connecting train lines were on time 95% of the time.”

29-15 Queens Plaza N, Queens“Good quality/price ratio. Clean, modern hotel with spacious rooms. Good products in the shower (shampoo, conditioner, soap). Friendly staff. The location is excellent, as it is close to a metro station. I was worried reading some reviews about the noise of the train below, but the room is definitely soundproofed, and the noise was barely noticeable (we were on the 10th floor). There is a coffee machine in the room with free refill of capsules (to be asked at reception). There are many bars and supermarkets in the area. Daily room cleaning. The thing I liked most were the bed and pillows: VERY COMFORTABLE! Advise.”

135-20 39th Ave, Queens“I never write reviews but was compelled to do so after Kevin, our Airport shuttle driver, saved our day by taking the time, unprompted to wait for us as we struggled to get our two small children out of the hotel. We thought for sure that we had missed the shuttle and were preparing to order an uber when the front desk called to follow up. Kevin then came up with a trolley and helped us get to the airport on time and was super pleasant about it.The rooms were clean and comfortable and very appropriate for the price.”

28-66 College Point Blvd, Queens“The hotel very close to LGA is not big but has everything you need. There is also free coffee or chocolate to make, and there is also lemonade in the lobby. The overall service is great. We also stayed in a room on a high floor. The toilet is quite big and the water volume is normal. The bed is very soft, which is what you need when traveling. Because most of them are business travelers or passengers who have to take a flight the next day, there is also a panel in the lobby to view flight information.
Rooms: The room was a good size and well equipped.”

177-08 Liberty Ave, Queens“Location is not very favorable for after-hours. I was told by the hostess that restaurants closes around 8pm. Also not a lot of options to eat. You will have a hard time looking for places to eat. Your only option will be doordash. Room quite comfortable but I have seen better options for the same price. Worth looking other reviews and assess your needs. Does not offer breakfast. 15-20 minutes walk from a Dunk'n Donuts.”

183-31 Horace Harding Expy, Queens“I normally stay in NJ because of the price, but needed to be on the other side of Manhattan. This hotel was all around the best for its price, location, staff, and stay. Our carpet was damp when we entered but realized they had just shampooed it, which made it smell great. The room was super clean. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It's set in a quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of free parking in the area if you don't want to pay valet. It's next to the highway, but still very quiet at night. Slept so well. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again.
Rooms: Super clean room; freshly shampooed carpet; smelled great!
Safety: Quiet and safe neighborhood. Schools near by.
Food and drinks: Convenient stores close by; walking distance, but they also sell snacks and drinks in the lobby.”

183-15 Horace Harding Expy, Queens“I loved the suite that I stayed in. It was a one bedroom suite that had another king bed in the other room. It was nice and spacious. I used this room to get ready for my wedding (getting make up and hair done )and at one point we had 9 people in the room and we weren’t on top of each other. The room was clean and new . I will say parking isn’t the greatest(they don’t have a free parking lot) in this location so I did pay for valet which I believe they use the parking lot for their valet. I did recommend some of my wedding guest to stay at this hotel as well.”
“It takes about 30 minutes by train to Times Square. It's pretty good to be able to go with just one.
One thing I would say is that it's too difficult to take a shower.”

The desk gal was nice. There was glass on our room floor, just small shards sparkling with my flashlight, after 4 pokes, I had to put back on my shoes. Noisy 1st floor. Ck out was easy. The driver in the AM was nice,”

3317 Greenpoint Ave, Queens“Excellent considering the price range. (As of 2015, about 90,000 won per night)
Recommended for student travelers like me who have no money and are unable to find accommodation in Manhattan.
As it is a 3-star hotel, all factors including room condition and distance from central New York are average, but the biggest advantage is that the hotel provides its own pick-up service to the subway station.
(As of 2015, I don’t know if this is still the case)
The counter staff also kindly responded to my request (in brief English) for a refund of one night's lodging fee due to the schedule being shortened by one day. The room was spacious and the bed was soft.
There isn't much to see around the hotel, but it's not bad if you're a first-time visitor to the United States and want to take a walk around the ordinary American residential streets of Long Island, a bit far away from the hustle and bustle that comes to mind when you think of New York (Manhattan, to be exact).
The hotel breakfast consists of a bagel, scrambled eggs, cereal, a few donuts, and coffee.
It's not bad if you eat a light breakfast, but I regretted it after leaving because it would have been better if I had taken a morning walk and bought something from a nearby local deli.”

“Cheap alternative in Queens to the hotels in Manhattan. Quick check-in, room okay - nothing special, really only stayed here to shower and sleep, but comfortable bed and quiet at night.
Slept very well for 3 nights :)
There is a bus stop right outside the front door. Regularly drives Queensblv. along to Manhattan (about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic) or various metro stations.”
“Stayed at this hotel years ago during a big trip. I was so scared as I was completely alone and it was my first time travelling from another country. They went above and beyond to reassure me and despite being a young lady on my own I felt so safe and taken care of. It'd probably be a very long review if I left all the info but I'd highly recommend this place for any first time travellers”
“After Delta cancelled our flight from La Guardia we had to rebook flights for the next day, the only flights available being from JFK. So we had to find somewhere to stay overnight close by. The Rodeway Inn came up in our search so we booked them. By the time we got out the airport it was going to be after 9 before getting to the Inn, however after phoning and explaining our situation they said it was no problem to sign in later. The rooms were a good size for an overnight stay, they were clean with en suite, there is a lift to the upper levels. The surrounding neighbourhood is clean and tidy, the streets are a bit dark at night. There is a 7 eleven round the block with a Burger King across the road. The prices were good for an overnight stay and an Uber only costs $20 to go to JFK which was less than 20mins away depending on traffic. Great place for a short stay if you are stuck. The staff were polite and really helpful.”

60-30 Maurice Ave, Queens“Generally a good experience, especially considering the price we paid for our room (and free breakfast included, which is always a plus). My fiancée and I were in town for a festival and stayed here for 3 nights. The room was clean and quiet and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and accommodating. Our only complaints were that the hallways smelled very strongly of cleaning chemicals and our hairdryer and mini fridge didn't work. Certainly not dealbreakers. I would stay here again.”
“My son and I had an amazing time at this hotel over the New Year's holiday! The customer service was fantastic, and the location couldn't have been better. We loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel.”
