rooms were very well kept, in a nice safe area. the concierge is absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful we had many hiccups on our trip to new york but Daniel took care of everything. he was so kind and understanding and has made our trip as smooth as possible on his end. words don’t do that man justice, 10/10 experience and absolutely recommend.Safety: I felt very safe in this area, it may seem a little run down, but I wasn’t scared for my safety whatsoever.Walkability: the streets aren’t very crowded compared to rest of new york, easy to navigate and get around. subway entrance isn’t very far either, about a 5 minute walk.Food & drinks: great area for vietnamese, korean, and chinese food. a plethora of options for any appetite, the staff is well versed on the area and gives great food recommendations.

Avoid this place! do not recommend! Here you will be deceived. Dishonest people work here! You will be charged extra! You are being charged without your permission! If you refuse to pay, you will be registered for accommodation without your knowledge and your bank account will be charged! The most dangerous place!Safety: Very dangerous area!!!

The hotel was cute. The front desk staff had great customer service. The hotel is far from the city (1 hour subway ride). The housekeeping is cutting too many corners. We found an open condom rapper and not wanting to touch it we left it for housekeeping and after they serviced our room it was still there. we also asked for small washcloths and never saw them.

My recent experience using the parking facility at Hotel Indigo exceeded my expectations. Conveniently located and offering a shuttle bus service to and from LaGuardia Airport, it made my short trip exceptionally smooth. The proximity to the airport, coupled with the convenience of the shuttle service, provided a stress-free parking solution.The facility itself is well-maintained, and the ease of access is a definite plus for anyone with time constraints. The shuttle service was prompt and efficient, ensuring I reached the airport in a timely manner.Considering the overall positive experience, I will undoubtedly be considering Hotel Indigo's parking facility for any future short trips out of LaGuardia Airport. A reliable choice for hassle-free airport parking.

I am completely stunned with this hotel and its attention to detail. Enough Plug Sockets, first of all to charge all the Apple Products, but a sense of professionalism that has set this company apart from any other chain hotel. Indigo has become a staple in how hospitality is actually hospitable. The location received 4 stars instead of 5 based on the relentless horn by a traffic filled street, among other things like lengthy walk to a 24 hr convenience store and lastly It is one beautiful building with very warm and welcoming accents in each room.Rooms: Beautiful high end finishings and dpacious floor layout.

The service was outstanding, Lloyd especially made sure my family and I felt welcome and safe after getting ripped off by our taxi. The location was superb, close to Flushing eats and SkyView Mall and with shuttle included to LGA.Lobby and terrace have great views as well while waiting before boarding the shuttle.Bar and restaurant were closed during my stay but I believe it's open during weekdays-- either way you are in Flushing!My toddler loved watching the airplanes land from the Manhattan view room

Here for a quick biz trip and checking out today.The hotel lobby is so nice and I love the lounge areas but the rooms are OK. I like that they have a nespresso machine.The ac unit is so loud and it turns on and off every 10 minutes so it was hard to sleep at night. There were also alot of worn out furniture and I didn’t notice the bathroom door had a hole until the next day. They don’t have a towel holder in the bathroom so I had to hang the towel on a hanger and dry it in the shower.The toiletries they provide is great (malin+goetz) but my shampoo pump didn’t work. I had a back up shampoo so it was OKOverall, I like the location and the hotel was not that bad but the rooms are nothing like the hotel lobby.

Stayed for an anniversary getaway.Our experience with the room was above expectations. With it's modern design, it did have markings on the wall that was unpleasant to view. Our stay we had some issues with the room not having tables, and no fridge for any food related dining or storing. We had a remote that was slightly faulty, but workable. The breakfast here were one of the best experiences you can have and elevated our morning.The service of the front desk, were welcoming and accommodating. Thank you Ali K. for one of the best experience I've received from a hotel.Great walking distance from main st flushing. I will be back for sure!

Modern and clean hotel with decent hot breakfast made to order. It's not easy to find a hotel that'd take their breakfast seriously. This team did a great job.You can enjoy your coffee on the terrace with a nice view of Manhattan.Michelle from the staff of the restaurant on the 3rd floor was very attentive and caring during my four-day stay. Thank you for the positive vibe and top notch hospitality!Food & drinks: A very good hot breakfast made to order.

The hotel staff was great. They checked me in earlier and if you’re an member checkout is 2pm which is great. The noise levels was high but overall fine. The hotel is not in the greatest of areas. Use caution when walking around. I myself had no issues. Just a heavy crime area with

Went here during New year holiday. The front desk was moved to second floor and hidden well. Was assigned a high floor room which had a good view of city without any occlusion. A bad thing about flushing is Most parking garages are cash only.

Stayed at this hotel for a few hours overnight after our flight was delayed and connecting flight missed thanks to the airline. Overall impressed with this hotel. It is clean. The view we had was pretty. The rooms are very nice and the front desk staff was very helpful. There is a free shuttle service from hotel to LGA airport which helped us save some money after having to get an unexpected hotel! We used the shuttle service and it took less than 20 minutes to get to our airline at 0500am. The shuttle service was nice & the driver was kind. If we come back to NY, I am happy to come stay at this hotel again! Thanks a lot!Rooms: Rooms are upgraded and fancy. I love the interior decorating. The dual headed shower is pretty awesome.

Located in the heart of flushing with many great restaurants nearby. Walking distance.The room was clean and good in size. Only complaint about my room was that the toilet wouldn’t stop running once flushed and I was advised to just play with the handle for it to stop.Would definitely consider coming back if I ever visit this area when in NY.
