The service here is impeccable compared to the rest of the smoke shops I’ve been to (Visited hundreds over the years throughout NYC). Hookah Dream re-ups on inventory frequently, good reasonable pricing for the products I’ve purchased compared to other shops. Lastly, the Owner takes accountability which in my eyes we don’t see enough of from business owners. All factors led me to type this well deserved review today 10/10.*Remember to keep Black Ice in stock for me brother!*

Bought a heat management from here a week ago, and it broke. How does a heat management break. The metal part broke. I took it back today and they didn’t want me replace it or give me a refund. I am a regular here and to get treated like that is wrong.Indeed they sell counterfeit products as the other review mentioned. They will not be getting another cent from me. I don’t have a photo to show as I left the management with them for when the owner goes in the store he can see it.

This place sells counterfeit products and up charges for any customers paying card. They sold me a fake fume vape and when confronted the sales associate claimed “something’s wrong with the website”. They also charged me 20% for paying with the card.Save your money and buy authentic products a few blocks up the road on Lefferts Blvd and Liberty Ave.This place scams people and sells fake products!!

I bought two puff bars, one was dead on the spot. The other lasted about 20 puffs until the battery died. I thought the prices were too good to be true. Turns out, I was right. Unless you like gambling, PLEASE do not even try this place. You're better off going to Tobacco Road.

Purchased some oil from here. Very friendly service. The husband and wife both helped me and my brother find what we need and hooked us up. Prices are the best you can find around. Definitely my new go to smoke shop! ?

Best smoke shop in the borough, if they dont have the exact item you want talk to them and they order it. Without price gauging. This Is the go to smoke shop. Great customer service. Great pricing, super dope, unique items

no joke, this place is a great place to buy an air bar that lasts a week, but a lot of them turn out to be defective and i had a rude experience with the owner (even after buying from him such countless times because he didn’t believe me when i told him he sold it to me broken :/ ) just a tip for the owner: please just keep your wife running the shop, she does an extremely way better than job than you do, sir.

the customer service is amazing.. the entire store is super clean.. everything you need for a hookah setup.. I hope they add some different shisha brands and flavor tho.. would highly recommend this place..
