This place is a shithole! Active prostitution and drug use. Stayed for 10 minutes and left, probably one of the worst and unsafe places I've ever stayed at. This place should be shutdown!

I’ve spent 40 minutes SO FAR on the phone number give to me by an IHG concierge member trying to get a shuttle scheduled.They do not answer- I’m a very frustrated platinum elite member. Meanwhile all the other major hotel brands have come and go multiple times. Choose another one!This is not a hotel anymore. Google needs to update!

The accomadations exceeded my expectations greatly. Our room was on the lower level because we got in late and I must admit I gave the front desk a hard time because I booked in advance, but boy was I pleasantly surprised.. To my delight the room was clean and comfortable and while I assumed being on the lower level was a travesty it actually turned out to be a saving grace.. We were conveniently located close to the dining area, gym, desk, entrance, and parking.. We could look out the window at our car! It was great!

We didn't stay unfortunately my daughter tested positive for covid, but the front desk manager nick was understanding and amazing and canceled our reservation the same day without a fee.

First off, let me just say that this was the WORST hotel my husband and I ever stayed at. In efforts to make a long story short, I will do my best! Hotel staff was not pleasant at all and the management was very rude and needs to be trained again on hotel hospitality. Our inital room and entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke and the room was not properly cleaned and prepped for a new guest. ( The shower had a gross stain on shower wall, like blood and body fluid dried on the wall. so gross!!! ) They changed our room, however the room was no better as far as cleanliness goes. floors were dirty. We asked countless times for an extra wash cloth because only one was provided and Managment told us to come get it and when we got to the counter, he said they didn’t have any but will take care of it. He never did and my husband had to go to front desk again to grab one. Moreover to top it all off, my sentimental necklace had been stolen by housekeeping. We are literally in the process now of undergoing a claim we filed with their corporate office. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone Also, beware of the good reviews on the booking app. It makes me wonder if they only allow the good reviews and not the bad ones to show. I definitely learned my lesson by just going off of the reviews on the booking app. Most of those reviews there were good. However, when I did more research I noticed that we encountered the same problems that other customers had experienced. I just left a review on Booking app and do not see it. (Maybe it takes a day or two to update) I just hope they are not hiding negative reviews. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Wasn't sure of what to make of a Caribbean restaurant in the heart of Dubai but was amazed upon entry, it represented the Caribbean and especially the island of Jamaica well, the ambiance is nice work of art, the vibe is great , staff very friendly and the food is good, a little cozy but well worth the visit

Just had my booking cancelled due to delayed renovations in July. The system shows still available but apparently that’s a glitch. Don’t rely on the system. Check your dates are available or book elsewhere to be sure. No one wants a long flight only to find their hotel is closed!

This hotel was a life saver!! I had to book this stay last minute and the stay was great! The hotel is located 5 minutes away from a station that will take you right into Times Square! Also the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was really comfortable and I would stay here again.

Ended up here after finding out that the Holiday Inn on Brookville Blvd miraculously turned into a shelter...... and I didn’t find that out until 10 minutes before I arrived and only because I called to check restaurant hours.That shouldn’t have any bearing on this property but they’re part of the same company and it needed to be said.Overall my stay wasn’t bad but it’s a 2 star hotel and I really didn’t have any expectations. The room was clean but the bed wasn’t comfortable and for me, a comfortable bed is key when traveling, especially after a long day. Customer service could definitely use some work... everyone seemed to be just doing their job, nothing more. Noise levels at night were horrible, black ice all over the parking lot (and have the nerve to charge $24/night for parking) and the grounds weren’t the best kept. I definitely won’t come back or recommend.

After being unable to board my flight, and spending almost 12 hours at the airport until I could book another one, I booked a room at the Holiday Inn Express and was so grateful that they could have me check in very early! Super clean room, quiet and comfortable too! Incredibly friendly staff and a great snack bar in the lobby. They even have room service! Airport shuttle available too. Would recommend!

The hotel staff were wonderful. That being said, the stench of cigarette smoke is hard to miss and the hotel is supposed to be smoke free. There's also a noticeable marijuana smell in certain parts of the hallway(at least in the 4th floor). The hotel is clean. I chose the hotel because of its proximity to the airport. I can't recommend it for families but for solo travelers, it will do. If they get rid of the cigarette smell, this hotel will get at least 4 stars from me. Also, there's no restaurant around and walking is not recommended because it's next to a busy expressway.

Hotel is clean however I stayed here for 3 nights. I used the room for 5 hours each night to sleep then I went about my day. My room was completely vacant for the entire day. Housekeeping do not enter my room. The beds were not made, the trash was not emptied, towels were on the floor for 3 days. Needless to say I had to go take a shower at my mother's home. The service was substandard. I will never stay here again. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
