they cut out a square in the bottom engine splash guard to make it easier for them to drain the engine oil instead of properly removing it .
Another time mechanic dropped a metal bolt attachment down the engine bay could never get it out, they are horrible at regular car washes

This place is thorough, they clean the trunk and the gunk around the door without me having to tell the to like other car wash.

Mechanics are great. Oddly enough, the food inside is also great.
AVOID CAR WASH AND OFFICE!!!!
Very poor communication and they blame the customer. I asked for my car interior to be cleaned only and specified what my issue was, and was charged for a completely different service. Management tried to blame me and said that I didn’t tell the staff what I wanted, and tried to charge me again for an additional round through the cleaners.
I would give 1 star just because of the front desk and their attitude, but mechanics and eatery is 5 stars so giving 2 stars.
Update:
Had to go back after they misplaced my floor mats. someone tucked a soaked and stinky floor mat for the rear right side passenger underneath the freshly cleaned and dry driver mat. Speechless lol

I never wrote a report to anyone, I paid money for the car, I cleaned the inside. I recommend the kitchen, you can eat tacos, they are delicious. But I was very upset at the car wash.

They don't give you good service, you pay to have your car vacuumed and it looks like it wasn't done well.

What is the point to stamp 6 times on a card, when you complete the seventh is supposed to get a discount of 36 dollars, but when you complete the seventh they don't give a car wash as usually they give when you do oil change, I ask the lady on desk for my car wash, shoe told me " if we give a discount of 36 dollars we don't give a car wash, " I ask how much is a car wash for my van, she told me 35 dollars,, I said and everybody said,, where is the savings ?

Amazing experience. I get my oil changed there and wash my car once or twice a month. I like the coupon discount they have going on. Plus the service is phenomenal. If you get hungry, there’s some good food you can order while you wait for your car. I highly recommend this place ???

Paid for full service but they only washed the exterior and even left some soap residue throughout the exterior. They didn’t even bother to clean the interior. Such poor rushed service for the price.

The guys do a good job, and the place gets busy. I'm not sure what they use as soap or wax, but the car hold the shine for a nice amount of time

I go here all the time for 4 years now - I get my Tacos while waiting for a oil change or car wash - sometimes I just come for the tacos. Every time I go I get treated with respect and dignity.
