No maintenance to the washer machines the dryers are full of lint

If I could give 0 stars I would. My building uses these machines. Clothes come out of the wash with suds on them. Clothes also come out of the dryer dripping wet. I only fill the machines less than half way. The machines are not maintained either. The washers are sticky and smell like mold. Do not waste your money using these machines. You are better off going to the nearby wash and fold because you will probably spend the same amount due to having to run multiple cycles on each machine. Also, the cash machine only accepts 20s to fill your laundry card. Absolute rip off. They also do not answer the phone when you try to call.

My machine breaks every week and still they have done nothing to get a new one. Not to mention it is still coin operated! The people at the bank literally laugh at me when I have to go in for quarters because it is so antiquated. Horrible service, bad machine and overall despicable business practices.

Called to tell them about a machine in my building that didn't work properly and damaged my pillows. Was told by the person that answered the phone that the person that handled that wasn't in (but she can tell me that pillows are not allowed in the machines) when I asked about a refund for the money on the card and the $5.00 card fee. I was told that they don't return the fees for the card to use their machines. None of which is posted in the laundry room

The worse customer service. Called to report a problem with a washer, was told the person that handled that wasn't in at the time but she can tell me that pillows are not allowed in the machines. I asked about a refund for the money on the card and the $5.00 fee to get the card to use their machines was not refunded. I think they should have to follow the same codes as other laundry

A week ago I put my money in the machine to get my laundry card refilled. The machine did not add the money. I called the phone number on the machine to report it and I never heard back from them. I called several times and even left messages. No response. I then tried the email address the recording says and the email address doesn't exist. I informed my management office but they said I had to deal directly with the Hi Rise Company.

they recently installed machines in my building and they are horrible. they constantly eat my money, and its impossible to get in touch with them for a refund. unethical business ????????????

I’ve been waiting on a new laundry card for over a month and every time I try to get in contact with them the response from the lady was wait a little longer mail has been slow …. 1month later I guess the mail man is walking on foot bare foot too. I recently made a call for my laundry card the gentleman on the phone said we’re shipping out another one …. So I guess I’ll wait another month or so.
