“Great old school hardware store with knowledgeable and helpful employees. Been going there for years.Went there today, in the snow storm, to see if they had a pull string starter for my snowblower. After standing around there for about 15 minutes and wondering what's taking so long, the lady comes out with the part fixed! I couldn't believe it. I was expecting to buy the part, install it and fix it myself. All we had to do was go back home and screw it on and Bam it worked. You don't get that kind of service in the big box stores. And they really do have anything you'll ever need there.”

“Love this place. The workers are incredibly knowledgeable and the owner is very nice. He helped me set up a portable washing machine in my bathroom so that it is permanently installed into my water line. This was 6 months ago and all the parts are holding up nicely. “Great Shop, very patient and helpfull. I got everything i needed in less time for less money than going to home depot or amazon where they didnt have what i needed or it was out of stock. And whats more important is the Staff made sure everything i was buying worked together and i had all the proper grommets, lugs and comnectors for both the indoor and outdoor parts of my Project to avoid the second and third trips that are always needed at the box stores.”

And told them about my google searches that said "having a good key copied without the dealer is near impossible". Steve (the son) said no problem and said it'll be under $100 and started to work, always checking in on me updating me on what he's doing."Key's done".I test it out in my car and came back in paid, and left. Flabbergasted, on my drive home remembering how I had just went to HD stood in front of the key machine for 15 minutes after asking for help and just walked away accepting this is normal.”
