I paid my phone bill here and the person behind the glass who took my money didn't put my $80 payment through and I had to go back and speak with the manager and it was a colossal pain. I also paid my National Grid bill here and the person who took my payment put the numbers in wrong and I spent 5 days on the phone straightening things out. Another lady was in Harjo yelling because her payment for her phone didn't go through either. There are
just too many mistakes being made here. I wouldn't recommend doing business here.

I went to speak up on the behalf of my tax client who went to cash his check here today because he was being turned away when he presented his ID and check. My client is from PA. The "boss" supposedly asked him why is he in NY and who did his taxes?? And then denied my client. I believe it was descrimination or bias reasons behind the reason my client wasn't allowed to cash his check. I wouldn't recommend that anyone go to this check cashing establishment.

The employees have no idea about which check they should cash out or which not. Most of the time they're closed on their business hours or they are unable to cash out checks for various reasons.Although there's Nothing with the check*.
Dont WASTE YOUR TIME to visit this location.

i've been using western union for year and today was the worst experience i had with a worker... She was very rude, throw my money and my id refuse to send my money a young gentleman had to come stop her. Customer not always right, but the lady was very rude that i cried. I called reported her behave and got a case number

I went to this place to try to cash my company check and immediately refused to even verify, her words were "we cant cash your check because you have never been here" but im sure that at one point it would be everyones first time,right ?.. very rude staff members, theres a heavy spanish girl who doesnt have any life to her, doesnt even greet you when you walk up to her window.. I work with people all day and her customer service sucks she shouldnt even be there. I called to speak to her manager and now i know exactly why they are so rude , Teresa was as rude as she . I WILL TRY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE OWNER OR THE CORPORATE OFFICE .I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR SEND ANYONE THERE .
