They don't deserve any stars. When I got there and asked how to get into the place cause I'd never been there before the lady said big door and on grand st. and hung up. Also they never informed me when I called awhile ago that you need a tax ID and have to buy in bulk. It doesn't even say that on the website. The prices on the website are different from there.

This place only sells to vendors. I was told you need a store ID in order to purchase. Do not waste time to go if you are going to purchase as individual customers. It is not clear on their website.

The most rude disrespectful place I have ever encountered. I was fully prepared to spend 200,000 for my company for Christmas here as soon as I call they said I called to early and hung up on me. It was 730am, most company owners gets up at 5am, 730am is when my company starts the day to day Is operations. Why would you connect your personal phone number to a company is beyond me. If they cannot afford a company fan I'm assuming they cannot afford good wholesale prices So I will take my business to another company whichever lady hung up on me and was rude cost this company $250,000 sale.
