Hamilton carpet is the best. George and Harry a wonderful to work with they know their product and the men that come in a very professional do a quick job and clean up after themselves. I've been using them for 30 years and every job has been perfect. I highly recommend them. Don't go to Home Depot or Lowe's or anywhere else you can get your best deal and the best job right here.

George is simply so good at his job. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, hands on, precise, detail oriented, and communicates promptly and thoroughly. My husband and I did a full renovation of our new home and we were very involved with our renovation (my mother is a designer and helped us throughout the process). George listened to all of our concerns and provided great solutions. We appreciate his thoroughness, patience, and expertise. The rest of the staff is very professional, polite, and precise. The work is excellent, and everyone has been complimenting us on how beautiful the flooring is and the quality of the installation. In my experience it can be difficult to find this quality of work in NYC (and this level of professionalism/communication), and we will recommend Hamilton Carpet again and again. Thank you!

This is the place to go. George was extremely helpful at the store explaining the different types of floors and showing me what we could do. He probably spent a good hour with me as I had lots of questions.
I brought samples home so I could see what looked good against my cabinets. My kitchen floor was then ripped out and the new floor installed. I asked that the new floor be glued down and it was.
The workers were professional and cleaned everything up.
Hamilton did such a good job that now, 6 months later, I'm using them to install a new floor in the bathroom.

Harry and George are true experts in their craft. I was offered lots of options and guided with color choices to replace the runner on my stairs. The production time was quick and Eric who did the installation was friendly and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Hamilton Carpet One for any flooring you require. I am very happy with my new carpet stair runner!

I wanted to buy a beautiful area rug for my apartment and I wanted to support a local business. The service and selection here is great. They helped me find a true statement piece and the rug ties everything together and really elevates my entire home.
Updated to add that I also recently used them for my kitchen flooring. My old floor tile was cracking and in less than half a day, they had removed the old tile and put in new linoleum. The owner and installers were all professional and I'm so happy with the result.

Quick, efficient and professional installation of floors & carpets.George and Harry were professional and they allowed me to bring several samples home prior to deciding on my wood floors,Only took about three weeks from visiting the store to date of installation. their installation technicians did an excellent job…they were on time and they did a truly beautiful job! And, they totally cleaned up when done! Highly recommend! Would recommend and would use them again!

We had Hamilton Carpet come in to replace 3 bedrooms of carpeting. Harry came and measured and was extremely polite and professional. We then went to the store to pick out carpeting and worked with George. Their pricing is very competitive.We needed flooring picked up in one of the rooms. The 3-man crew who came were on time, incredibly nice to have around. They were very careful to respect the building rules. I needed to disconnect my computer and they helped me to get everything working again.I will reccomended them to anyone who needs flooring or carpeting.

Had an excellent experience with Hamilton Carpet One from the first day. Harry was knowledgeable, friendly, and very responsive to questions. (I had Mohawk Laminate flooring installed.) He followed up very quickly with calls and email. I appreciate his conscientiousness.The workers showed up on time to rip up the old flooring, and removed everything without any disruption to the building. Installation was clearly an expert, skilled job. Santos and the other guys were on-time, professional, cleaned up everything, and respectful of the building's construction rules/times. I would 100% recommend doing business with them.And the price was very fair for all the work and materials.

Great place and fantastic staff! I only went in to pick up some supplies to install a runner down my stairs. Got to talking to the guys here who started giving me advice on how to install it and wound up lending me their electric staple gun. They said there was no way I could install it without one and they were right! If I ever need anything flooring related I'm going here. Highly recommend.

Great place! Harry has great customer service skills. Nelson(I think was his name) was so professional and great help. Eric, who did the floor installation, was skilled and did a great job! We got out rugs and flooring and have no regrets. Definitely recommend this place.
