STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...These people are scammers. I brought my 2017 Jeep wrangler in because my check engine light came on and it was making this weird sound. Found out it was my transmission. So Tony tells me i need a new transmission. So i leave the car. 3-4 days later i pick up my car and he tells me they put in a new transmission and my check engine light will come back on because i have a evap leak that they can't fix now because it's too small. He said it isn't serious and in a year come back (weird). He gives me a receipt that was $1000 more than we agreed on. I told him that I'm only paying what we agreed on. Very next day the light came back on, so I got my car scanned again by someone else and 2 codes pop up and it's the transmission again. I called tony back and tell him why is it saying transmission if it's a new one, he tells me to drop it off because i still have a warranty. I drop it off and he tells me he has to order something to fix it and it should be ready in 2 days. I call him everyday after day 2 and he gave me the run around i didn't get my car back until 7 days later and when i received my car the center counsel was broken into, someone broke a cigar in my back seat, car smelled musty and my car was leaking transmission fluid. I asked them what the hell is going on? Why is my counsel broken and why was someone smoking in my car. He tells me he don't know who did it and there's nothing he can do for me. I called the police and made a report...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

DO NOT GO HERE!! I went in for the inspection and after a few minutes the person looking at my car said I need new back breaks to pass inspection. I said that it was impossible given that the car has only 18k miles on it, and I recently did a scheduled service at the dealer and the breaks were fine. I went to a second place for the inspection and had no issues at all. These folks are not honest.

Had such an awful experience yesterday there . I simply needed an inspection and was humiliated and badgered by the man with glasses behind the register .. all I ask was how long for an inspection and was basically scolded for asking . This isn't my first experience with said gentleman it happened to be my second encounter . I do believe he has an issue with black women . I have patronized this business in the past and was recommended by a family member .I truly wish I was accompanied by a man during this encounter because the said individual has an issue again with black women. Over the start of the pandemic I had breaks and rotors installed so I trusted getting an inspection .. This man knows nothing about customer service . I truly felt uncomfortable , this is how returning customer get treated ? I will never patronize this establishment again . I went on my day off so I was in no hurry !

They will rip you off, stay far away. They are real con artist here. Be aware. Save money and time go elsewhere.

My go to mechanic shop for maintenance on my x3. Tony is a great guy, and makes you understand what's wrong and what needs to be done first. I've been coming here for the past 5 years. They took care of my old 07' Chevy blazer to my current BMW X3. Top of the line service. Mechanics are competent. They take care of your vehicle. Space inside waiting area is a bit tight. They sell snacks and offer you coffee while you wait. Currently everyone in the shop is wearing mask and gloves.
