I literally just called to ask about shipping a small box, I finished the call said thank you the lady literally hung up on me. She was very rude during the call as well, for this reason alone I will not be using this company. Also all the other terrible reviews are a turn off. Need better business ethics.

They thief, my dad sent 2 barrels to guyana in July 2023, like half barrel in stuff stolen , we counted the items before we sent it, body lotions , food items , shampoo etc , we have never lost so much things from a barrel, do not use this company. The manager said he will cover the camera , and call back, up to this date nobody called back

I normally use Laparkan on Liberty, Global in a few blocks away from me. And I wanted to send a box, but looking at the very poor reviews. I won’t even bother to use them. So many people can’t be wrong.

If you’ve another option for shipping your stuff... please do!!These people are extremely rude and disrespectful. Shipments never gets on time and they always open your packages tamper with your stuff not to mention they STEAL! I called the office to enquire about a box I sent and the woman was so rude and had the audacity to tell me she’s not responsible for the delays.Then who tf did I paid for the shipping?Had no manners to even say sorry for the inconvenience whatsoever.Please don’t use this company.

PLEASE DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!!!! My parents spent $1,700 to ship a few barrels, boxes and a Stove ..who ever works for this company stole tons of item from each barrel and box plus damaged the stove which cannot be used. This is beyond ridiculous. I’ll be filing a report…hopefully I can get some answers on to how multiple items went missing and most of it got damaged.My mother payed for home delivery.. global in Guyana had no information for the person who was supposed to get it delivered.. how beyond ridiculous is that ? such a huge company and they have no information on who is delivering their customers items … this is the first time my mother is in Guyana unpacking her barrels and boxes imagine how many more they have stolen !!!! Why does the barrel and boxes need to be stayed overnight at the person who was supposed to delivered it?? Nothing about this company make sense . Please ship with another carrier!!! They do not even deserve a one star .

I called and asked for air shipment quote and was given a rate of $115 fir 24 lbs and when they shipped the boxes, they shipped it by sea. I called to get a refund and they told me it’s $110 to ship the boxes by sea?? I didn’t know it was the same rare to ship by sea and air !!

I shipped some stuff couple months ago, I never received it, they kept saying it delayed n they don't have no control over and kept lying. I will take this company to court n sue for my loss. I tink the son of the lady behind the phone took my stuff n keep lying about it.

Shipped a barrel to Guyana for "Home Delivery". The workers in guyana opened the barrel and stole hundreds of dollars of items.Will be reporting.

If I could give this place a zero I would. There customer service sucks. My mom called to inquire about her barrel that she shipped to Guyana over a month ago. After explaining that she hired a bus in order to pick up the barrel. The customer service (Sandy) went on to say "you can't have your cake and eat it too" and "you will see if you will get s***** After listening to her attitude, I called back and she once again gave me an attitude and threatened me that I will see what is going to happen as I told her she cannot talk to customers in that tone and be so disrespectful. She also went on to say she will deliberately take it upon herself to make sure I do not get any barrel when I reach into Guyana. This woman Sandy went on to curse at me and threatening me. Is this a business you want handling your shipments? Someone you can't trust or someone who speaks to you so lowly when you pay for their service. I will be making sure to make a report to both managers and the business bureau if there is any reason I cannot get my barrel in Guyana. The business establishment isn't bad but this woman working behind the phones are the worst and today they shamed this company and will be the reason why people don't want to ship with this company!

this place deserves 0 stars. i suggest using ups or dhl instead of this scam business. their employees steals items from your packaging and the company covers up for them by not refunding you or acting oblivious . keep your documentation and put insurance on all your stuff plus take a personal picture. this business is a scam dont use them or trust them !!!! take your money elsewhere !!! dont use them

This is a terrible place. The workers do not have any sort of common knowledge and don't provide information relevant to problems. They dodge questions and the barrel I purchased from this company was seemingly good. When I opened it, it contained an extreme amount of water damage. I told them and they still put it on the floor to be sold. These people are money grabbers who don't care about customers.
