Excellent service, and one of the quickest turn-around's I have seen with work. They took care of me with a rental, and literally fixed up the car within a day.Highly recommend for the quality of work, and the speed of service.

Don't come here to get your car repaired! Just a liar! My insurance paid enough to have my exterior mirror repaired, but they got a second-hand one with obvious damage and put it on for me!I don't know which link the problem is. There are obvious scratches on the right rearview mirror shell they installed for me, and there is also an obvious collision mark. It is obviously a second-hand car parts. They provided me with an invoice for the ordered parts, but I only knew that the ones installed on my car were old ones. Maybe someone swapped out brand new parts and installed second-hand old parts in my car. This may be an internal issue within them.Because it is a brand new car, the old reversing mirror is particularly obvious. Now I can only find another place to repair it.

I wish I could give negative -5 stars. Please do yourself a favor don’t take your car to them if you care about it. Total criminals. The received $12228 for damages to be repaired over 75% of the items was never installed hood and fender not lined up huge gap no wheel alignment and so much more all they actually installed was the fender drivers side headlight and front bumper. I’m in court now to recover $10000 out of the $12228 because they was not entitled to $10000 and my car still needs to be repaired properly. I contacted the man to correct the issues missed and part that was missing (radiator cover) he said the part was ordered after a while passed I texted him again and he then said not to contact this number because it’s his personal number to go to the shop I did that she said she will order it and she was sorry still time passed so I filled in court a man contacted me I’m guessing the owner and was very rude when he asked what do I want to settle I said $7000 he then was very aggressive rude and disrespectful so I hung up on him. American transit will be notified soon to work to try and recover the total $12228 and stop issuing them jobs for there company I will also try for them to never get any insurance companies business. They are very ignorant I mean I took a video and pictures to send to mine insurance and the insurance company of the other driver it clearly shows the same Nissan emblem and passenger fender that they so called replaced a judge don’t like a lier or insurance fraud if they was smart they would settle. I'm sure any good reviews are from some they know because they are horrible worst experience of my life. I would post pictures but I don't want to mess up the lawsuit but I will after my lawyer wins the case. The owner asked what I wanted to settle I want for you to return what you’re not entitled to.

Once I got in contact with the company, they immediately sent a representative to my house, picked up my car and dropped off a rental. They were SO professional, nice and quick! When I had a hard time to negotiate with an insurance company, they contacted me on behalf of an insurance company. Justyn was alway nice, polite and quick, and took care of a rental car for me, and picked up, repaired and dropped off my car. It was repaired perfectly and cleaned up beautifully! To be clear I only write reviews if something is great or horribly wrong. Genesis Automotive Center was absolutely awesome in fixing my car! I was hit and would have had to wait for inspection to get my car fixed. They picked up my car on Wednesday and had it back to me by Friday with the parts completely new and fixed. They even washed my car for me! Seriously who does that? My contact person Justin was professional, polite and courteous each time I spoke with him. Even the the pick up and drop off guys were great and gentle with my vehicle. I have never had such a positive experience with an auto body shop. I feel like it's so rare. I know it sounds too good to be true but these guys are the truth. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. Thank you kindly Genesis Automotive Center!

Omg i LOVE genesis automotive center. So I was involved in a car accident and they took care of fixing my car. They paid for my rental with no problem and called enterprise to come pick me up and my kids from the shop. I honestly thought I had to call an Uber. They made sure I was okay. I got my car back 2 weeks later because it was a lot of damages but they did an amazing job ! They even fixed a small bump on my car on the other side that had nothing to do with the accident when they didn’t have to do that. They also gave me a new headlight because the insurance company didn’t want to pay for it. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to. Justyn was very nice, he is the one that I first spoke to and I felt like I could trust him so it would be him that I would call or ask for. Jeremy was also a very nice man, he was also helpful. When it was time to pick up my car they were already closed for the day but waited for me to get there. My car looked brand new ! If u need help ask for them. They are very understanding and will work with you and try to accommodate you as much as possible. They also washed my car to make the car look 100x more pretty. Like honestly who does that ?
