š A Shining Star at Gap ā Queens Center Mall
I donāt usually leave reviews, but the level of service I received from the manager at the Queens Center Mall Gap store far exceeded anything Iāve experienced...not just at Gap, but in any retail store, period.
From the moment I walked in, Zeinah greeted me with a genuine smile and an energy that made me feel like I wasnāt just another customer...I was a priority. She was attentive without hovering, friendly without being forced, and her thoroughness in helping me resolve everything I needed went above and beyond the call of duty.
She didnāt just do her job...she owned it, and you could tell she takes pride in providing excellent customer service. She anticipated questions before I even asked them and made sure I walked out not just satisfied, but impressed.
Her help directly contributed to my daughter having a great birthday celebration since we were able to get everything we needed for her. That meant the world to me.
If more managers were like her, retail would feel less like a chore and more like a pleasure.
Whoever hired her, give her a raise. Whoever works with her, take notes.

I bought two polo shirts from there. The sale representative( dude) didn't take out the security tags on the clothes. He didn't say greeting. That was terrible customer service.

Horrible experience every time I come to the queens center location . The Employees Make You wait on Line to get a online order pickup. For that I rather just come get what I need and make the line. The Reason That I make an in store pick up, is so I donāt have to make a line. I should be able to come in with my barcode and my ID and a Employee get my pickup like every other retailer does. Last time I went the Manager also made me make the lines d she was just talking. Just Defeats the purpose of doing an in store pick up.

This a Gap FACTORY. Came all the way here thinking it's a Gap when it's not. Mgr says the mall does not let them advertise that it's a Gap factory. Makes no sense at all

Was told it is a Gap Factory even though all of the signs are Gap and it is listed as Gap. Disappointing because I could not return a shirt. Staff were informative.

The factory has good clothes, but Iām really disappointed in the service that I received today. Nobody was trying to help me and also I I felt very pressured by this young lady who had a pink scarf on to sign up for a credit card, and I did not like it that she Lie to me and basically stated that it was not a credit card, but yet she wanted me to put my Social Security number in. That is very misleading to the customers I will never be shopping there ever again she ruined my customer experience. I hope corporate is aware of that theyāre trying to sign people up but out letting them know that itās a credit card. Itās very misleading to the public.
