“Typical HoneGoods location. Very large, very crowded, and this one is overly cluttered. Lots of merchandise EVERYwhere. No bathrooms. Saw only one employee in the floor. Checkout line was well thought out-1 line feeding into several cashiers-and moved quickly. Lots of parking. Accessible ♿️.”

“We are thrilled with our new built-in book cases! The price was right in the middle of our budget range, which no one else could quote for our custom design. We have purchased from Gothic previously - we started with a small, unfinished bookcase years ago, then purchased a bed recently, which we were very happy with - but nothing custom until now. We had a great consultation with Vagelis, who understood right away what we needed (it helped that we had drawings and photos). He was very flexible when we decided on some small changes we wanted to make. The whole process was easy and stress-free. He was also polite and understanding when we called a couple of times to check on the progress of the project.
We had to wait about 5 months because the piece is large, which was a challenge for us because we were so excited about the project, but it arrived on time, and custom installation went unusually smoothly (for anything custom in NYC).
Because they have been around in NYC for decades, they are not surprised or thrown off by the crazy design issues that come up in our old buildings.
The cases are perfect - exactly what we wanted! Minor, fixable issues do not dim our enjoyment of the cases.
I highly recommend Gothic Cabinet Craft for their premade products and for their custom design work! Any time we have had something installed by them, service has been polite and clean. We have never been left with a mess or had an unpleasant experience with the installers. Will add photos soon.”

“I cannot say enough positive things about our WONDERFUL experience with Modern Furniture on Queens Blvd. in NY. My husband and I ordered a complete dining room set including a large table, 6 chairs, buffet, and mirror, which we had seen at a local furniture store in Michigan where we live. Not only was the set considerably more expensive but the quality of service and professionalism didn’t even come close to that which we received from Carlos at Modern Furniture. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable each time I spoke with him, and he helped to ease our minds concerning any reservations that both my husband and I had from ordering furniture through an out of state, unknown company (to us). The furniture was delivered today by an excellent service technician, name Lev, who was also kind, professional, and provided us with top-notch “white glove” delivery!
