The entire Fresh Cedar team was a pleasure - from the coordination with Amal and Lama to the deep clean provided by Alba and her team. My apartment looks fantastic and I was amazed at how clean they were able to get my windows and stove. Looking forward to working with the family again!

Amazing service, they were able to set up a move in deep cleaning on short notice right before my move in. The team was always quick to respond and they even fixed a sink issue that I was waiting on the landlord to fix without even asking. They went above and beyond and were amazingly thorough with their cleaning that I can’t even come close to. Thank you so much.- Mohammed

They did a deep clean on our apartment today and I can’t recommend them enough. Super professional and everything is spotless, truly the cleanest anywhere I’ve lived has ever been. All the appliances were moved out and cleaned behind, the bathroom vents were removed and cleaned, and they somehow unclogged our bathroom sink that I thought we’d definitely need a plumber for. Seriously magical. Our apartment is so clean that our cats are confused and have been inspecting the place since they left.I would 100% recommend them to anyone that needs their apartment cleaned.

Excellent job. Very happy with their deep cleaning. They cleaned even more spaces than I would have done had I done it myself - amazing job. They pulled out the refrigerator and the stove. They went above and beyond; fantastic service. I was always afraid my things wouldn't be respected but they cleaned them all.When an issue arose Amal went above and beyond to rectify it. Highly recommended.

Fresh Cedar did an AMAZING job on my deep clean. They cleaned top to bottom, moving everything, the furniture and the books and the appliances. It was wonderful. So good I've decided to have them clean regularly. Highly recommend

This business owner lacks integrity and if anything goes wrong during the cleaning she will blame and gaslight you. She has the makings of an Oscar nominee but has no idea what it takes to be in customer service. For my detailed review you can check Yelp, all I'll say is please take a video of your apartment beforehand because if and when they cause damage to your apartment, which they forcibly kick you out of upon arrival, they will blame you for it. Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else, it's just not worth it. They will lie, yell, deny, and when all else fails try to intimidate you and assassinate your character when something goes wrong. Horrible human beings.

EDIT 4/30: Like I guessed from her previous lack of integrity, she claims I chipped my own sink on purpose?! This woman is a snake!!! Also responding for yelp and not to me directly when I am directly asking her to fix it. She will avoid accountability at all costs. Anything that goes wrong they will blame on you. It's just not worth it. Keep your sanity and peace of mind and hire someone else. I will make sure no one in my 82 unit building uses them and I will make sure everyone in Astoria knows how they treat people. I an beyond disgusted.Upon reaching out, the communication and follow up was excellent. I scheduled a facetime walk through of my apartment, was explained the process and everything covered as well as add-on packages. I was promptly emailed my summary and proposed invoice. I was excited and sent in my deposit to hold my date right away. The day before, I was the one who texted to confirm first because I was so excited. They arrived one hour early which was fine, and they got to work right away. You could tell they were no nonsense professionals just by the way they moved and I was full of joy knowing my apartment was going to be spotless. They told me to leave and come back so I did, all while maintaining communication with the owner over text, responding immediately. She had texted me about a few various things / questions and I replied the same minute as I was just waiting down the block. As they were wrapping up she said "they'll be done in 20 minutes if you want to go take a look" (verbatim). No mention of "how do you want us to lock up" or "can you come back because they can't leave without the door being secured", no mention. The fridge magnet they broke they mentioned though? I get back just as they're downstairs packing up, I go to open my apartment door and they PRESSED THE AUTOLOCK ON MY DOOR WITHOUT ASKING. It is an unspoken rule that you don't touch anyone's autolock!!!! I only use my top lock and the last time I had an issue exactly like this I had to pay a locksmith $300 to get back in.At this point I am panicking because I'm realizing I'm locked out. I call Amal who I was immediately responsive with all day and she proceeded to tell me "that's why I told you to go take a look" and "we can't leave doors unlocked we'll get a lawsuit". Neither of these things make sense "take a look" does not equate with "we're auto-locking the door" and I responded to all her messages the same minute she sent them all day, there's no reason she couldn't have communicated about me needing to be back before they left since they don't have a key. She refused to take responsibility and every minute I spent with her on the phone was time I could be spending finding a locksmith so I hung up on her to find help. I secured a locksmith and sat down in front of my apartment door with my packages and my dog just waiting. Amal proceeded to come to my building with two of her staff to "look at my lock". I thought this meant she was bringing a locksmith but what she was actually doing was coming to confirm that I wasn't lying because as she put it she thought I was "trying to not pay them". Out of this world. I still can't wrap my head around this accusation. Not only did they lock me out of my apartment, waste my time not offering solutions, try to tell me it was all my fault, but they then tried to call me a SCAMMER too. A locksmith finally arrived, I asked him how much it was, and surprise surprise it was $300, same as last time this happened to me. (She also said it wouldn't be $300 because she knows everything at the wise age of 26, including world class customer service and problem solving skills). I documented him having to power drill into my apartment, him telling me how much it was, a screenshot of the receipt for the bill and I sent it all to her along with a venmo payment for the FULL AMOUNT she accused me of not wanting to pay when sh

Fresh Cedar are a dream to work with. They are very courteous, timely, and professional. We started with a deep clean, and they moved every appliance and piece of furniture that wasn't bolted to the wall to get every last speck of dirt. They even took a photo to let us see how bad the dust accumulation was behind the refrigerator! They've gone above and beyond in regular cleanings as well - scrubbing our old radiators and getting mold off the bathroom ceiling. They've also managed to make best friends with our cat, who is alway runs to greet them despite the fact that they bring a vacuum into the apartment! I contacted Fresh Cedar the day after I had a small oven fire and there was soot covering my entire kitchen. Alma emailed me back within 20 minutes to FaceTime assess the situation, provide a quote, and schedule an appointment. Cleaners were in my kitchen within 3 hours AND the price was good too! My kitchen is spotless and the women cleaning it were so nice! The communication throughout the process is great, and customer service is fantastic.

Fresh Cedar exceeded my expectations in their cleaning! I booked a "deep-cleaning" because our apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. We have a dog that, unfortunately sheds a lot which makes it impossible to keep up with the dusting and hair. Fresh Cedar's team made this place look like we just moved in. I am beyond thrilled with the work they did. If you are looking for an honest company with a great deal, you have found the right one!

Best of the best! Hiring Fresh Cedar has been one of the best decisions I've made! It has improved my mood to have my apartment in such beautiful tidy condition, and have Fresh Cedar come clean regularly. They are prompt, responsive, and so detail oriented with their cleanings. Their one time deep cleans are out of this world impressive; and when they come regularly to clean my apartment they go above and beyond-- periodically cleaning out cabinets, putting away laundry-- on top of all the other typical cleaning tasks! What I love about working with fresh cedar is typically 2-3 people come to clean my apartment and they each concentrate on different areas. This means the cleaning gets done that much faster! Amal is so communicative and Alba is such a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!! You won't regret it.
