I’ve been a customer for about 7yrs, and I depend on them to meet all my pharmaceutical needs, and I am not disappointed with the results. Friendly & helpful service, always greeted with hospitality and great service. Excellent!

Awful DME pharmacy (called NEUCARE). I went here for my 13yo daughter’s G6 dexcoms. this pharmacy changed my script to G7 without consulting me, saying that they are converting all of their patients to G7. First of all, my daughter is not their patient, her doctor specifically wrote the script for the G6 because it connects to the omnipod 5 for automated delivery set up and the G7 is not currently set up for that. So this pharmacy is giving wrong info to its CUTOMERS and think they have the right to change doctor scripts. YOU DONT. Fill the script and do your job, stop thinking you should be doing anything else. We are not your patients you are not our doctor and obviously don’t know what you’re doing. It’s pathetic and I strongly advise people to stay away from this pharmacy. Their DME is call NEUCARE. The pharmacist is a moron who thinks he’s so smart. Go elsewhere!!

Great pharmacy! My daughter was sick and I went to ask the pharmacist for advice. She gave me very good suggestions and they worked! I believe her name is Madeline, she is very nice and helpful.

I went in the other day to look for some medicine for my cough and wasn’t sure what to get. The guy on the floor helped me pick out the right ones. He was so nice. Great customer service!!

This pharmacy excels with its outstanding specialty workers, including a helpful Spanish-speaking individual named Ojek on the floor. The pharmacist team, including supportive female pharmacists, ensures excellent service. They go the extra mile by ordering or delivering items if unavailable. The lotto staff impresses with their efficiency, ensuring a swift experience without unnecessary wait times.

After moving and having franhill as my new pharmacy for almost three months now I can confidently say that this is the fastest pharmacy I’ve been to. Most chain pharmacies I’ve been to take so much longer to fill my prescription and you have to go by THEIR time. At franhill, I’ve gotten my prescription as fast as 10 minutes. A gem for busy working people who can’t spend all day in the pharmacy 10/10 customer service ?

Both female pharmacists are very rude to customers. They blame the driver and other staff for their errors. They belittle and demean customers and make them feel worthless. They have done this to me numerous times. I am taking many medications for severe depression anxiety and panic attacks, and both female pharmacists know this because they fill my prescriptions. when they mess up and I bring it to their attention, both of them start yelling, do not listen to what me the customer have to say, and they are verbally assaulting and abusive. I did not get my diabetic injections for August, September, and October 2023. About October 18, I went into the drug store to find out why. First, the owner female insisted I got it, and it showed on her computer that it was filled. I kept repeating that I never received it. After the cashier looked around the 3 months' worth of injections that should have been refrigerated, was in a basket on the floor behind some boxes and NOT IN THE FRIDGE, and aviously I never received it. My doctor advised me not to take this medication because it could do more harm than good because he does not know how long it was on the floor and is NOT REFRIGERATED. SO I didn't get the medications August, September, and October . Now, I didn't get November and December supply of these medications. I called November and was told I picked up 3 month in October and the pharmacists refused to listen that I don't have the medication I picked up before because my doctor advised not to take it and to get rid of them because they are not reliable and safe to take if not refrigerated that what I picked up was for the previous 3 months and she hang up on me. Now again, the same thing is true in December. So it is now 5 months I am without these medications, and now my kidneys are failing.

4/2/23 - pharmacy staff including supervisor is disrespectful and prejudice against black seniors on more than one occasion. No communication or human interaction skills. No exhibited compassion for the less fortunate. This use to be a good pharmacy! ? sad.

I will always give franhill 5 stars because they know me by name and are always accommodating. Ingrid is always a pleasure and helps the whole family get just what they need.
