Front office staff is very friendly. Aneli and Jessica are well trained in handling customers concerns! They are very friendly and are doing a great job. Hotel is fairly new and very modern. It's easy commute to Manhattan it takes about an hour to reach time square. It's worth it for the price and you can stay at a hotel which is not a shoe box.Hotel is surrounded by Chinese community and offers great options to eat.

CHECK IN: Kaity was really kind and informative. She checked us in, gave us some pointers as it was our first time staying in Flushing. Chatted with us about Vegas, super helpful all together. Kudos to Kaity!ROOM: I’m always skeptical about hotels in NYC — rooms are always cramped and tight. Booking Four Points, the photos online were beautiful but a part of me still wondered.I was pleasantly surprised the room was spacious and like a normal hotel room. Bed was comfortable, hotel floor was quiet, tv had all the sports and dateline channels I wanted — CON: the up arrow on the remote didn’t work lol.BATHROOM: Housekeeping comes early so if you need your room cleaned, plan accordingly. Otherwise, ask the front desk for towels and they’ll send some up. CON: After our room was cleaned, we weren’t given more toilet tissue. One of the more basic things to look out for I’d imagine but we had to call and get some more.SHOWER: Water temperature was great. It got pretty hot. Water pressure, another plus. CON:There was a leak in the shower head so that was a little annoying.TRAVEL: 10 minute walk to the train station that’ll get you anywhere you need to go. During that 10 minute walk, there’s about 15 food/boba places you can get a snack from.RESTAURANT: The restaurant menu looked delicious and the decor was cute but we didn’t get to eat there. Next time!SHUTTLE: 15 minute drive to LGA and there’s a shuttle that runs every hour at the top of the hour for FREE. Enjoy!OVERALL: All in all, there are a couple little things that could be fixed had we asked..but who wants to constantly ask lol. I would totally stay here again. Our first time staying and semi-exploring Flushing and the hotel location helped make it an enjoyable one.PS. Shoutout to the nice man that took a picture for us that we’ll use for our Christmas cards lol. Big kudos for him too — my apologies for not getting your name. Thank you, again.Thank me later ;) Smile, eat, hydrate. Live honest and don’t settle. Hope to see you out there! xo

Booked there many times!! I love this hotel! It had never let me down and price is really reasonable especially with today's economy. It's very clean and gives off a cozy/modern environment. Check in and check out was fast and efficient. People there were really nice! However, it is kind of far from the subway station (11 mins by walking). It also is located in a dark area so be careful when walking back at a late hour.

I did lots of search around hotels in the Flushing area. I considered some ones that are closer to the Main Station 7 line, but ultimately chose this one.One hesitation I had about this place was that other reviews said it would be a little far away from the Main Street station area. It's true, but I also liked this location because it's closer to the College Point residential area. It's more quiet and less crowded/overwhelming. This is a brand new hotel that opened in 2021, I think. The facility is new. The reception staff members are all very friendly. They have a coffee and hot water/tea station, with bathrooms next to it. Parking is valet only and $30/day, with credit card surcharge. The hotel room is actually decently sized, considering typical NYC hotel rooms. They get lots of flight attendants and pilots here. The lobby air ventilation is great, always around 600 ppm. The room ventilation is very poor, always between 1200 to 1800 ppm. Fortunately, there is a small window that you can push open. Then the CO2 would dip below 900 ppm, but never as low as 500 ppm. There is also no ventilation inside the bathroom. So unfortunately cannot give it 5 stars, due to poor ventilation design inside the guest rooms.I would stay here again, but will need to make sure the window stays open to ensure good air circulation.

We enjoyed our room and the service very much. We had some issues with the bed that was sorted out quickly. The only issue we had was that when we made the reservation we asked if they had free airport shuttle to JFK and we were told yes. Fast forward to when we arrived the driver led us on for a half an hour then called and said we don't do pick ups aslt JFK so we had to get in line to get a cab.

Stayed here for 2 nights. We had a wonderful experience here. The room is big and clean. The service is awesome. They did a good job on house keeping, free water bottles delivery to our room, bus shuttle from the LGA. Though it’s 1 hr commute to Manhattan, we had a good rest at the hotel and enjoyed the Asian food in the area!

I reserved a room after coming into town for a funeral. The customer service was exceptional and I was happy to have Ray at the customer service desk every night I was there. He was cordial, extremely hospitable, and kindly helped me to find some places to eat and drink in the area after the restarant on site stopped serving food. His customer service skills and work ethic are exceptional and deserve recognition❣️The hotel is well maintained and I am looking forward to booking with them again.

This hotel is great, Ray at the front desk could not been any more courteous and helpful with our stay twice to and from Ireland ! He went out of his way to help us with touring on the subway system and directions ! Whatever Sheraton is paying him is not enough ..... It`s unfortunate that the place is in the middle of the korean area and the restaurant was not that great and very over priced for what you get ! Serviced kind of sucked also ! All in all , I would stay here again .

What a beautiful, reasonably priced hotel. We took the complimentary shuttle from the airport. Check-in was quick, and the staff very efficientThe rooms were large by New York standards. They were clean and well-appointed. We were here on a Saturday night, and our room was quiet. We did not hear other guests moving around in the hallways. We looked at the restaurant, but vegetarian options were very limited, so we opted to check out the neighborhood offerings.Rooms: Nice sized, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for the shower. The room was very clean.

Very nice, very modern hotel.Staff was very friendly. The valet was super fast ($60 for three days paid upfront to independent company) not much of a deal since you're looking out over flushing... But if you're looking to commute in either direction it's a great spot. Snagged a three-day stay for just under a grand.

Had great stay at this hotel, nice rooms and lots of amenities. It is walking distance to restaurants, subway, bank and shopping. Staff is good, outstanding service by Jessica and Ray at the front desk. Jessica was able to store our luggage as well as book taxi for us to get to JFK which we appreciated. It is close to La Guardia airport with free shuttle.

My church hosts events here for service sometimes and this hotel looks really amazing. I didn't actually room here so I can't speak on the rooms themselves, however I really appreciate the decor for the hotel and the better bathrooms they have? from other hotels I've been at. Also everything looks and is really clean which I appreciate too!Noteworthy details: The decorations of the hotel lobby.

Before I begin let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone, so with that being said let's go!!..We arrived here and pulled into the underground parking garage, when you pull in you have to have your vehicle valet parked ( there are no other options ) unless you find a parking spot on the street and for those of you that know anything about NYC know that street parking here is a major challenge. Trust me I know because I'm a New York guy!.The rooms were a decent size, bigger than your average big city hotels. I left off two stars, here's why:1. The rooms were not the cleanest because I seen lots of dust buildup and the toilet wasn't clean to my standards. That's why I always travel with bleach wipes even if the bathroom looks clean to the eye I still do a wipe down for my well being! Also my daughter got locked in the bathroom because the sliding glass door came off track and she couldn't get out!. So we had to leave a slight opening so no one else would get stuck while taking a shower again!.2. My daughter seen a bug in the half and half jug in the lobby while she was attempting to get hot coffee the morning we checked out, major problem!. I will say the hotel is nice but can use some work as far as cleanliness and maintenance!

Stayed at hotel for 1 night to relax and decompress. This ended up being more stressful with a shower having mildew on the floor, spraying water all over the ceiling and walls and creating a puddle in the floor.
