Did the cold plunge. The water was cold. ? five stars.In all honesty though, Despina coached me through the cold plunge and made it easy. Thank you. Highly recommend for anyone trying to experience the cold plunge for the first time.

Forte is an amazing, all-inclusive gym with the most amazing staff! So far, I’ve taken their stretch class with Tati and she is super knowledgeable, kind and patient. I will for sure be checking out other classes and of course their cold plunge pool and sauna!! By far the cleanest, most beautiful space in NYC. 10/10 ???

Forte lab is an amazing, sleek looking facility! Very clean! Training with Apostoli has been very educational, especially for those new to strength training. Will be returning very soon!
