First of all, I booked a reservation with Dr. Wong but somehow he didn’t show up. I have no idea what happened in their booking system, it was disappointed. However, the doctor who treated me today was nice to me, thank god!Secondly, Receptionists were very rude, impatient and impolite, they were not nice at all. I felt offensive when I asked them questions, the blood pressure testing was very casual too, I know you hate your job, but I spent money here, ok?Finally, although I am Asian, but I understood what you guys were talking about, don’t be so racist.I won’t come in again because of those reasons.

I was visiting from out of state and had tofind urgent care for extreme pain.This was the most caring and attentive place I’ve ever been to.Dr Lum had not even open the doors, or turned on the lights and had no staff yet, but he agreed to see me.He was very thorough with exam and wanted to help reduce my pain. Very knowledgeable.He gave me several different options and treatments. I got better within 24 hours.I feel like this is what medical professionals should aspire to be and do. I would definitely recommend Forest Hill Urgent Care to anyone who needs an immigration medical exam. The stuff was friendly and professional. Dr. Lum was very thorough and took the time to inform me of the process and answer all of my questions. I was able to get my results and the sealed envelope in about 7 days. Outside lab work was billed separately.

I was in NY working on a theatre project and my allergies were torturing me. I had no idea if I could be helped but quickly realized that the Doctor not only cared but was setting me on a certain course for recovery. I couldn't be more grateful.

Had a great experience with Dr. Wong and his staff. They saw me immediately and the doctor was very professional and understanding. I highly recommend Forest Urgent Care LIC and will be coming back for my annuals and any other medical emergencies.

After a quick hiccup with check-in (they couldn't find my out-of-state insurance in the system at first), the appointment went very quick & smooth.Sara was the PA I saw and she took her time with me. I had x-rays done, and they had the doctor also look at them - they ordered some additional views just to make sure. I was handled with care and consideration. She was amazing and explained next steps very clearly. Sara is the best!

Excellent service and friendly staff. The doctor explained me what's the examination I'm gonna take carefully ahead. Later on I had my blood drawn, which was also professional done.

We have been here several times for our child and each time they have been kind, fast, and responsive to our concerns. We have never waited more than 5 minutes to see a doctor. I really appreciate how patient they've been with our child, and at this point they are the only walk-in clinic in the neighborhood that we go to. Highly recommend!

I saw the PA who was very kind and efficient. She explained everything thoroughly. The wait time was minimal and I was in and out within an hour. I would recommend this urgent care to others.
