Robert with FM Home Loans helped us close on our first home. He was incredibly attentive and helpful during the entire process, and was always available to answer all of our questions. Since this was our first time undergoing this process, it was overwhelming to understand everything. But Robert made sure we had everything outlined. We're so happy we found Robert and his team as we often hear from friends and family how difficult closing on a home can be. Would definitely recommend!

Robert was very accessible and was excellent at explaining the process in detail. He takes his time and you never feel rushed when speaking with him. Financial jargon can be intimidating, but he will explain and address all your questions and concerns until he knows you understand the material with confidence. Robert and his team made the financial end of home buying much less stressful.

One of the worst mortgage lenders in queens area, they roamed me around almost 6 months and i lost 10K downpayment because of their mis leading information, their google reviews are paid SEO, not real, so do not go with 5 star fake reviews. Please do not waste your money and time.. Very bad lenders

Can't put to words how much we recommend this bank and Robert Yusupov! Long story short, we initially were going with a big bank for our mortgage (1st time homebuyers- just assumed you're suppose to use the bank you have accounts with) and had we stuck with them we would've not been able to get our house. When our realtor suggested we switch to his preferred lender, FM Loans/Robert, everything was cleared up and finally our phone calls were being answered! Shortly after that, we made an offer on a house and the sellers' agent wanted to call the lender of our pre-approval letter. Thank Goodness this lender was Robert and not the representative of the big bank I mentioned before. Not only did Robert take the call personally, (again, other bank would've probably not answered or gotten back even within days) he was a big factor of why our offer was accepted. There were 2 other big offers fighting for this house along with us and I credit Robert's phone call with the listing agent for what gave us an advantage and our offer accepted. It's not an easy task to get a house in this day in age. You want someone like Robert on your side to give you the kind of personal attention along with professionalism, extensive knowledge, and experience that is needed in the mortgage and home buying process. We were also so happy with little surprises that came our way while working with such a friendly bank (I won't ruin the surprise for you!) which really helped us feel at ease and remembered during a stressful process. Thank you Robert, Aleks, and the whole team at FM loans for helping us make our dream come true!
