I worked with Fern Botanica on florals for my baby shower and I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. I didn’t have a huge budget so right off the bat, I was thrilled to find that their offerings were more cost effective than other area florist while being just as if not more gorgeous. Ordering was soo easy. I sent them a few inspiration photos before I ordered and let them know what time to deliver the flowers at the venue. Not having spoken to them before my event or seeing a proto of the florals, I was a little nervous but when I showed up at the venue, the florals were all waiting for me and they were just absolutely gorgeous! The flowers used, the colors, the vases, it was all perfect! Will 100% work with them again.

We love Fern Botanica!! As Astoria residents, there was no question we’d be asking our neighbors at Fern Botanica if they would be our wedding florist. Julia and her team knew exactly what vibe we wanted and suggested the most beautiful flowers for our fall wedding in Beacon, NY. We met several times over the course of the year while we were planning the wedding, and they were super quick to answer our emails when we had a question. Our centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres and cake florals were incredibly unique, each with its own personality. But the showstopper was our chuppah! Both sets of parents kept telling us how impressed they were watching Julia set each flower individually, removing and replacing any that didn’t seem just right. She also honored our request to remove the back posts of the chuppah and keep our flowers behind our sweetheart table as an arch during the reception. Most of all we just love how friendly, energetic and kindhearted everyone at Fern Botanica is. 10/10 would recommend!!

We used Fern Botanica for our October 2023 wedding at Aurora Williamsburg. As residents of Astoria, we were happy to support our local business! The wedding was small and I ordered a la carte from their website for bouquets, center pieces, corsages and boutonnieres. The process was seamless and easy. I gave my preference and referenced photos, but did not see my flowers until they arrived to my hotel as I was getting ready day-of. I knew they would be perfect and they were gorgeous, so unique! You will not be disappointed with the service or product, go with Fern Botanica

Julia was a pleasure to work with for our Brooklyn wedding. Not only did she provide beautiful flowers but she collaborated with us to work within our budget and make our wedding day truly special. I highly recommend Fern Botanica for all your floral needs!

Such an easy experience for such an awesome result. The flowers at our wedding looked amazing and we got so many compliments on them. Julia is a total pro. She took our original ideas, helped us develop an aesthetic, and made great suggestions that really improved on the look we we were going for. The planning process was really fun and collaborative, and she and her team executed everything beautifully. We wanted a fairly minimal style, and Fern Botanica designed florals that had such a big impact without seeming overdone.Also - it feels like a small thing, but Julia is so sweet and was so enthusiastic about our wedding and florals. She came to personally hand us our bouquets and boutonnieres the morning of the big day, gave us big hugs and congratulations, was really emotionally involved - it made us feel really special and taken care of.

We absolutely loved working with Julia at Fern Botanica for our wedding florals. I saw wedding florals on their Instagram - monobotanical arrangements - that I became obsessed with and my florist search ended there. They created stunning large arrangements and bud vases for our wedding, as well as a really sweet petite bouquet for me (a request that they accommodated last minute!). Our floral style was minimalist, and I so appreciate the beauty that their arrangements brought to the space, without taking over. Thank you, Fern Botanica!

This flower shop is a fun, whimsical, quirky little gem of a place! Staff are very friendly and they will work with your budget to create a beautiful arrangement or bouquet. Definitely a local staple for fun flowers, fresh or dried.

Julia and the Fern Botanica team did an EXTRAORDINARY job with the flowers for our wedding. We didn't come into the process with a vision for what we wanted, and what thoughts my husband and I did have were somewhat contradictory. We were absolutely blown away by what Fern Botanica did. The chuppah was just magical, and everything had such an elegance to it without feeling over the top. Our guests could not stop talking about the flowers and how beautiful everything was. We really couldn't recommend Fern Botanica more highly!

Julia and her team were beyond incredible to work with for our wedding day. Fern Botanica went above and beyond with the planning, design concept, and customer service. Julia and her team were a dream to work with! Having bright, whimsical flowers was important to me so I sought out florists that fit that aesthetic. I contacted 15 different florists and it was clear from my conversation and the quote Julia provided that she would be the best vendor to work with. Julia knows how to take an idea and bring it to life. She is extremely bubbly while also being relaxed and professional. Something I really liked was not doing mock-ups of centerpieces and other items and seeing the flowers for the first time on the wedding day. It was one of the highlights of the day! Highly recommend Julia and her team. I’d love the opportunity to work with them again!

It's hard to find words to explain how incredible Julia and her team are. We came to her with a moody vibe and an old world art inspired mood board and she brought our vision to life so much better than I imagined - everything was perfect and SO beautiful. She was so easy to work with from her very first email, responsive, flexible, and is clearly a wizard and expert at her craft. 10/10 would get married again just to have Fern Botanica create our florals all over again.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Julia and Fern Botanica!!! My husband and I hired them to do the flowers at our wedding, and we were absolutely obsessed with all of their work. We came to Julia very overwhelmed and lost on what we wanted for florals at our wedding, and she expertly guided us with patience, ideas, and inspiration, and delivered above and beyond what we ever could have imagined. She is a true artist. I knew I wanted an all green, fern gully explosion of a bridal bouquet, and what she created absolutely blew me away. I will never be over it! Cannot recommended Julia and her team enough.
