Hot water heater leaked throughout my basement. It was still under warranty. Called manufacturer, got a return authorization. I have 3 plumbing suppliers in my neighborhood. Two didn't carry my brand, and one supplier two blocks from my home, AF Supply, didn't want to do the return authorization Supply, They had their hands out for "processing fees" AF Supply had the unit available for sale on its website. Probably still does. Cheap, nasty bastards. Did more research and learned about Ferguson. A godsend! Ferguson had a dozen available according to their website All I had to do was peel the sticker, fill out a form and they said I'll be refunded my $1600 in a month We will see Transaction was quick. Ferguson has a beautiful facility in Maspeth. Great customer service in person and over the phone. Ferguson gave me free delivery two days later. Can't be more professional than that!

Called in a small order in to be picked up .Was waiting in the store for 2 hours. To pick up material . They ended up not having material in stock after waiting 2 hours

If i could rate it below a 1 star i would. Horrible service that takes an average of 45-50 mins to get a will call order picked up. Def never ever ever going back.
