Really poor service and extremely unfriendly. Told me my pick up was not available when it was. Could not answer basic questions. Not really useful having it in the neighborhood when they do such a bad job.

I checked the store limitations before taking my package there. The website had only a limitation of weight, 150lb. I carried my 80lb package but when I got to the store they told me I could not send my package because it was too big. I told them about the website limitations where only weight. But they didn’t care and kicked me out of the store.

Terrible customer service by Bryan today. Rude and responded in a sarcastic manner. Ended the transaction with him just placing the bill on the scale and walked away without saying anything. When I told him if he could write the full address with building name on the recipient part, his response was silly.

I needed to return a package and was given instructions from the company to use FEDex shipping. I went to this location and had the quickest and pleasant transaction. I already had my printed return label and just needed to purchase a bag $3.80 size to fit a shoebox- the original bag was destroyed. Took me all of 2 minutes if that much.Upon entering the sales person said “ Hello, how may I help” no attitude. Carol help me with the correct bag to buy ( no upsale) and sealed it for me. I gave her my return receipt and she scanned the bag and gave me a receipt. Carol was absolutely professional and courteous.The establishment is very clean, everything is in order and they have enough large tables to wrap your items. They offer several printers, copiers , computers, tape, bubble wrap etc. You’ll get things done fast here, there was enough staff (3) at the time.I was informed politely by one of the staff members CORPORATE DO NOT ALLOW FOR PHOTOS TO BE TAKEN INSIDE.I have respect and deleted the photos I had taken to show the establishment .There is meter street parking and the block is very busy and hectic, beware Traffic Enforcement is out and will write parking tickets. The business is wheelchair accessible.

The Worst Service… very complicated,They Just want Your Money,I’m returning a package with prepaid Label with BOXBut they Insist on re-pack my Box, and Charge $7.61I got a prepaid label on it and Safe Package.!Avoid this Place.!

If I could give them 0 stars I would give them..... worst service ever..... 2 people who only needed to tell me to do things myself, poorly educated, show so little interest in the customers horrible horrible above all one named Bryan, you should put on a better face, my friend, because you have work because of the clients and it happens empty. I don't want to imagine when you get about 5 clients ?
