I am rating this place a one star for now because no one picks up the phone at the douglaston place. I have been calling for days to ask if there is an available one bed room but it seems no one wants to helpm

The elevators never work and are always being repaired. Now the garage door doesn’t work, and matinance doesn’t pick up the phone and you can’t leave messages. Very disapointed

Slumlord they don’t care had a fire yesterday they did not change the stove top after 6 months of asking and calling 311 love the area but not management
