The room heat was broken. Maintenance came, and he looked at it for 10 minutes. He didn't lay a hand on the heater but announced that he couldn't do anything. The front desk would not let us switch rooms.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the Stevie Nicks concert, and it was phenomenal! The room was clean (especially the bathroom), and the front desk employee, I believe his name started with a T was very friendly and even called us 30 minutes into our check in to make sure everything was okay!

This is a nicely located Fairfield right next to the highway. The hotel is nice and the rooms are well maintained. The service staff is great onsite and they promptly fixed a couple of niggles I had. The major disappointment for me was the severely limited breakfast options in the AM. I particularly like staying at Fairfield for the ease of a nice breakfast in the AM and I have never had one that was quite as disappointing in lack of options. They don't have some basic stuff like cream cheese for bagels.

My third time in this hotel. This time I visited NY for a Business Trip! The hotel doesn’t accept dogs, but after I provide my Virginia License Service Dog number they allowed my service animal inside without any issues. Mr. Tony and the Night Shift young lady were very helpful! Thanks!

They were a lifesaver. Our reservation was given away next doorat the Courtyard. The Courtyard called them and they got us right in.The room was spacious, clean and comfortable..We spent the previous night at another Courtyard. That room was as nice as the one at the Fairfield, howevern we had to pay for the breakfastnwhich we did not use. The Fairfield includes the breakfast. The staff was very professional and nice. We will be back in a few months since this is close to my daughter and son-in-law.Safety: Wen felt the area was save to walk to stores.

Unbelievable service. Booked room for after our wedding, as there weren’t many options this weekend, and received confirmation again on the day. Showed up to check-in to be told our room was cancelled and the hotel was fully booked so they could not accommodate us. Left us standing there with no alternate accommodation, in our wedding attire. Again: unbelievable.

This hotel is an embarrassment of an establishment and I would never recommend it to anyone. We booked here in advance and received a confirmation the day of. Little did we know that our reservation was CANCELLED AT 5PM, ON OUR WEDDING NIGHT. We showed up later that evening to realize they DIDN’T find us another room and COULDN’T get in touch with a supervisor. Super helpful. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

As a woman, I was threatened and made to feel scared for my life here. If you care about your and your family’s security and safety, RUN !!! Stayed here one night with my fiancée because my flight was delayed and I was stranded. After having such a tired day , I go to my room to put my things and just in couple of minutes, the person besides my room starts banging on the door and cursing. As a woman, it was very threatening for me to have a stranger man start banging on my door. That was just the beginning . Throughout the night , this man kept yelling, banging on door, cursing and threatening to the point that I couldn’t even sleep for even a minute thinking what if this man is able to barge through my door. Hence writing this complaint at 5 am. Complained multiple times to front desk person named Michael but he did not seem to care. Requested that we be shifted to another room but he denied that request as well. Pathetic service and pathetic people at this hotel. I have travelled a lot and been to a lot of Marriott hotels but will never be staying here where customers fear for their safety
