I am a very big fan of express clothing but , the express in this location always give a hard time when I have to exchange something specially with express new policy that I didn't know about until I went over there to exchange a coat that I bought on December 2023 . I went in January 2024 and The spanish speaker manager told me that they couldn't find my receipt and he was rude about it. Then I went to another location in Valley Stream mall and the manager make exceptions for being the first time that I didn't know the new policy the company should more careful to who they hire as manager.

Bought pants before January 1st, 2024, at this location. On the receipt having date for return until the 27th of February. Came for exchange for the pants that have quality issues of sewing since tear happened on sew line. Having receipt and tag on hand. Manager Lily is not proficient at all evaluating situations. Pointing to policies after January first. Customer service is not helpful at all. Even supervisors. Called 3 times.

I really like this store, apart from the fact that they have a lot of variety of clothes and shoes, the prices are very good since they are very good clothes and excellent quality, the express staff are very friendly and attentive, I love it, you can't miss it not visiting this store in Queens NY ? ❤️

Emily was by far the most helpful express representative/ employee I have encountered in the Queens Center Mall location. I have shopped in express for years and I experienced good staff but Emily stood out the most, she was patient, kind, and helpful!

I hate to attach this to the Queens Center Mall site, but I ordered online and had the most unsatisfying experience. I tried to return a top that did not match the color on the site and was informed I would have to pay $6.99 to return. At their level of retail, they should be offering free returns, especially when it is due to poor examples of merchandise on their site.
