This was my first time coming to this place with my moms friend and the service was really horrible. First of all my appointment was at 1:00 they then told us to wait for one hour more. They kept talking us into buying more things and they keep asking for a large amount of tips. They keep adding on to the bill too. We asked that I get my facial treatment done by only women because we told them how it was uncomfortable for us and it's not allowed since we're Muslim women. We said if there isn't any women available then we'll schedule our appointment on another day . But she said that okay I'll do it. however towards the end a man came in and started taking off my facial mask and started adding more things to my face. I felt really violated because we specifically told them not to get my facial done by a man while I was half naked under the blanket. Plus while I had my mask on I noticed how my curtain was open. I definitely do not recommend going to this place. Please save your money and go to a better spa.

I have been coming to this place for years. They are very affordable and provide great service. The multi-step facial includes extraction and they really make sure to clean the face. The staff is also super friendly. One of my complaints would be that not all staff do a thorough job. Some really take the time to help you glow while others do a more lazy job and the results aren’t as good. They are also very pushy about adding on extra services to the point where the atmosphere becomes less relaxing and I wish they would stop. Regardless, most of the time I come here I am very satisfied with the service and the price is definitely worth it.

You can get three facials for $100.

Worse customer service. I just ask till what time they are open. But the lady in the phone was very rude. If I could I will give 0 star. If I was not disabled I wont ask the question. For me it it not easy to there so I make sure everything thing is ok before I go there but lady was so rude. So I was lucky that I found out before I go there. So be careful guy negative energy can be passed quickly.

I have been coming to this place for years. Mai gives the best facial and massages, I can’t recommend her enough. The place is simple, however it is very clean, and relaxing. The facial and massage are comparable to high end spas if not better. Don’t hesitate to go there, this place is a gem!!Service: Massage

Whoa, I don't get much treatments done on my facial by myself but I am so happy my sister suggested this place. The friendly staff is so welcoming and they listen to what your needs are prior to servicing. During the entire process they were letting us know what they were doing each step of the way and made sure we were comfortable. They even suggested the ear candling which we were skeptic of but we got it done. Not as bad as we thought it would be and very calming while they gave us a massage. We feel really refreshed as we had the O² Jet Plus Treatment done. Get the 10x package as it's the most affordable where it's double the amount of treatments. Get the initial walk in offer. Let the skin specialist recommend whichever type of facial that is best for your skin. Buy a package for a discounted rate. Watch your skin get progressively better as you come back. I've been going back for over 10 years. Pros: excellent service, price, clean, quality products and Apt times . Cons: Semi private rooms, sometimes talkative other guests, up selling microderm & oxygen masks for 20 bucks more everytime or is that is pro?
