Dirty, noisy rooms, rude and incompetent staff. Unsafe area. My car was vandalized. Train ia too close to the hotel. Elevator and lobby smells like feces and urine. Staff charged my car twice for one checkin and won't give me a refund when it was their error. Drunk security guard on duty at night. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible I had to pay twice since by grace and grace my reservation appeared canceled and I had already paid I had to pay double and terrible attention since they do not speak Spanish thieves and that looks more like a motel hostel than a gas hotel

This place is too expensive for the place where it is located, they don't offer breakfast, a lot of noise and the rooms are neglected and the furniture is old, it smells bad and the noise of the trains and the street is unbearable!
