Lots of cute stuff to buy for self care, your home, or just for snacking! The staff do follow you around, but it's from a distance and it's really not that big of a deal-- They're just doing their job. If you're not stealing, it shouldn't be a problem. Overall a very nice store to get all your cute needs.

Only give one star. cashier is unprofessional and has a bad attitude. 15.88 Received 21, only recovered 0.12. The reaction on the spot was that I hadn’t received the money in my pocket yet, so she directly asked me to check the surveillance camera. OK, my sister and I stood in front and waited for 5 or 6 minutes. Another young lady came with a surveillance camera and said that she really didn't have any change for me. This cashier opened the money machine, took five yuan, and wanted to check the surveillance camera again in front of me. This is no longer a question of whether I should continue to stand there and wait for you to give me my five dollars back. Your colleague has confirmed for you that you did not get the correct amount back to me. You can double check the five-yuan monitoring after you give me my money back! My time should not be wasted on your work mistakes!

When the employees starting tp following me and staring at me like a criminal. These actions are very disrespect to my privacy. I immediate put everything back and left the store.

The stuff in this store is really great, and the products are also very good value. They are all within the shelf life. The special Japanese food is good for daily necessities at home, and it is relatively safe. ebaisou's service is also great, the lady is very enthusiastic. Highly recommend everyone to buy it.

It’s not easy to buy the authentic Japanese version of sk2 fairy water in New York! I have bought it on a website and in shopping malls before, but the taste is very bland. When I asked the customer service, they said that the taste has become bland due to transportation. Do you think I am stupid? After buying it once on Ebaisou with some doubts, I knew it after smelling it! So E cakes, large row lights, especially Pola facial cleanser are all available here, you get what you pay for! The facial cleanser has been cut and dug out today hahaha! If the boss can see this review, please synchronize more good products, and then don’t increase the price!

Everything is Automatically items especially imported items from Japan. inside of the stores aren't Crowded at all. Clean and easy to look at each products.It's not very pricey although it's from Overseas. The store is across from Queens public Library you can find it very easy.

The staff low-key make me uncomfortable. They followed me around like I was trying to steal. And the way they just stare at u. I was just browsing around in the back and someone was following me!! . like I get that people try to steal. But looking at the reviews, ur staffs are constantly following people around. I like your items but the staff not so much ???
