Very professional and attentive. I was looking for a tenant for my two family home. Frank Dix of Dix Realty was the first place I went. I grew up in the neighborhood and he was always a staple. Took all my needs into consideration and found the right tenant for me with a couple of weeks. I would highly recommend him for either rentals or buying. Very honest business with a great reputation.
