I moved to the area in 2013 so for 10 years Jenny has provided consistently good service to me and everyone I know. Timely and prompt laundry, dry cleaning, stitching/alterations, she has done it all. She is pleasant, friendly, attentive, and the hardest working person on the planet.

AVOID this place. The reviews are fake and they have the worst dry cleaning. I sent 3 coats in for dry cleaning and she gave me a quote for $45 which was dirt cheap but they came back smelling like DIRT. They definitely did not clean properly ans reused old solution. I now have to find another cleaner to redo my coats. Highly disappointed.

Jenny is the absolute best. I have never had a problem with bringing my laundry here and she is always happy and ready to talk. Clothes are always folded nicely and you cant beat the price!

My husband and I love Jenny! She's such a lovely person and the only person in Sunnyside we trust with our dry cleaning. Even my wedding dress. Her wash and fold service is amazing. Diamond is clean and there are always plenty of available machines. I feel safe doing my laundry there during Covid. Best spot Sunnyside!

Do my laundry here all the time and it’s great! To all those people complaining about the prices I don’t think they realize we live in New York and the cost of living and running a business is higher here. The prices in Diamond are fair and service is great!

1. I had a beautiful vintage sweater I brought for dry cleaning. I came to pick it up and they didn't have it. Jenny the owner didn't believe me because I didn't have my pink receipt. I was so mad because they either lost or stole my sweater. Jenny the owner reamed me out because she didn't believe me because I didn't have my receipt. 2. I figured ok, maybe it was an accident. (things happen.) I tried her dry-cleaning again. but this time I kept all my receipts for proof. Sure enough they stole my beautiful cashmere expensive sweater that my 87 year old grandma bought me. I flipped out! I was livid. How in the hell does this happen?? Again!!! she yelled and screamed at me!! I was like.. "What the hell kind of business do you run here??" I'm the customer. Jenny the owner was so mean to me!!! OMG What a huge mess! since I had the receipt she gave me 5x's the price of the dry cleaning. its was $50.00 for my stolen cashmere sweater. 3. I was in the elevator in my building talking to my neighbor and we where talking about dry-cleaning in the neighborhood. He told me "don't go to that Jenny lady.. She stole 2 of my cashmere sweaters" I was like, ME TOO!!!!

We LOVE this place. Not just because it is conveniently located to our home - but because Jenny is AMAZING. She remembers all her customers and is always up for chat. Her friendliness is a huge selling point for me. we bring ALL our laundry here, weekly. It is the same price and sometimes cheaper than our in building laundry. When Jenny does our laundry - whether it is bedding, towels, or clothes - it is always very clean, done promptly, and nothing is ever missing. We will continue to use her services!
