Worst CVS print + customer service experience ever!
I went to pick up two print orders confirmed ready by email. The lady at the counter handed me a pile of papers to find my documents—only one was mine; the rest belonged to others.
My missing document wasn’t in the stack, and she insisted I had to resubmit it. I told her that would require me to go home to my laptop to resubmit and come back to pick it up again.
After that, I spoke to the associate manager and asked if they could pull up my order so I wouldn’t have to resubmit on my end. He did locate the order but said he didn’t know how long the reprint would take and that I had to wait. He also said the confirmation emails are automated and not always accurate, and that I’d need to call to confirm next time—even after receiving those confirmation emails. So what’s the whole point of same-day printing and those confirmation emails?
No accountability or empathy was shown, with the explanation that this was out of their control.

The person at the cashier was so rude because she thought I was thief an ice cream. I had to she her the receipt and the bank transaction through the app. Everything was like that because that I look (Latin person). She never apologized for that. Just say okay go. Racism everywhere in this store

Don't do photo prints, you get confirmation email and they are not ready because the printer doesn't work, unfortunately I did a commute of 30 mins to get there because it was the closer with "this service"
