People please check the date on everything you buy from this store a lot of stuff in this store is expired. I went to buy Pearl Milling Company yellow corn meal to make cornbread and it was expired. The date on it was April 28, 2024, and today is November 9, 2024. I told the manager about it he just took it from me, I bet he put it back on the shelf once I left the store. I took a picture of it. I am going to call the Health Department on this store. They just don’t care about us!

Updated Review: Since its renovation a few years ago, this grocery store has improved 100%. The new manager and staff are very friendly. They work hard to ensure that the store is clean and that the produce is fresh.
The butcher staff constantly changes the meat in the case to make sure that is fresh. They have some good deals every week. You just have to be sure to keep up with the circular.
I also like that have foods from a variety of places/cultures in stock. They have a lot of products from the Caribbean/Latino countries. They are also getting more East and South Asian products. I have to say, the managers are doing a good job keeping up with the changing demographics of the community.
The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because of the prices but that is something we are all dealing with since the pandemic.

My helper has been assisting me with my shopping for the past year. I was very surprised to see the noticeable change in the layout of the store.And, everywhere is so clean & there is ample aisle space for shopping.The delivery person was very professional.

Lots of expired goods! Be careful to really look at fresh foods to make sure they look good. This place is horrible. I look at all meats and veggies before I buy!
