“I have never met more dedicated, passionate, and honest people. VRL made time for me when no one else would. They made me feel like I had family when I was most alone. Honestly, I do not know what I would have done without them. Thank you to the entire VRL team!”

“It's a gem in Queens this store. Quality items to purchase but at affordable prices. I found two modern living room chairs for under $200 in excellent condition.

If you are redoing your home decor or just setting up a new place stop by this store to get some incredible finds. Also, check their website for online shopping.

Staff was friendly and helpful too.”

“My child recently completed the Serious Fun Musical Theater Summer Camp. In this camp, he was involved with all aspects of putting together an original musical theater production. He had a great time, and learned a lot while working with his fellow students and the wonderful teachers and staff. He couldn't be more proud of the musical theater production they all created together, and that families got to attend at the end of the program (the production was fantastic!)Thank you Serious Fun, COMPASS NYC and DYCD for providing such a quality program which keeps the children engaged, and allows them to express their creativity through acting, singing, dancing, writing, set and technical design and so much more.”

“I took my sister to swimming classes here over the summer, and she really enjoyed it! They offered us two free classes. My sister worked 1 on 1 with her coach (i cant recall her name at the moment, but when I do, ill update this review). She is a lot more confident now and we cant wait to book more classes for the summer.”

“Very sweet volunteers and kind director (mrs. Kelly). They are very concerned for the well being of anyone that comes for assistance. Yes there's the unfortunate incidence of other coming to cut the line but if any of the staff see it they tend to take care of it safely for everyone. Can't judge the staff for other people's actions. But God bless them and what they do for the community.”

“Great thrift shop but unfortunately every time I come there’s no one working in the store. There’s always a sign that says “be back in a few minutes” & an hour later still no one. If u r open for business there should always be someone there. This is the second time & my reason for dropping a star. Otherwise this is a great thrift shop when someone is working in the store”
