My first visit to CityMD in Sunnyside and it was brilliant. This is a very clean and spacious facility. All the staff were very friendly and professional. I didn't get all of their names but my attending PA Brittney was fantastic as we're the ladies at reception the lady that prepped me for Brittney and the gentleman who took my x-rays. Thank you all!

I've been seeing for three times during the past 2 years for different broken health issues, by doctors, nurses from CitiMed in Greenpoint, Queens. Online appointment is easy, perfect waiting time and the medical, nursing and clerical staff are being kind, with a human touch, respectful and knowledgeable, always.
I don't have enough words to thank all of them for their amazing work in pro of the community.

Everyone at this urgent care facility are absolutely wonderful! The care and attention I received were beyond my expectations. I felt so well taken care of, and highly recommended their care. I am so glad they are in my neighborhood! 100/100!

For years City MD was my go to for urgent care. In recent months any time I’ve had to go to them, I never get any care, just referrals. And always to a Summit Health affiliate. They are no longer interested in providing immediate care. If I wanted to get a referral and kick my problem down the road I wouldn’t go to URGENT care.
