I don’t usually leave reviews, but the level of service I received from the manager at the Queens Center Mall Gap store far exceeded anything I’ve experienced...not just at Gap, but in any retail store, period.
From the moment I walked in, Zeinah greeted me with a genuine smile and an energy that made me feel like I wasn’t just another customer...I was a priority. She was attentive without hovering, friendly without being forced, and her thoroughness in helping me resolve everything I needed went above and beyond the call of duty.
She didn’t just do her job...she owned it, and you could tell she takes pride in providing excellent customer service. She anticipated questions before I even asked them and made sure I walked out not just satisfied, but impressed.
Her help directly contributed to my daughter having a great birthday celebration since we were able to get everything we needed for her. That meant the world to me.
If more managers were like her, retail would feel less like a chore and more like a pleasure.
