Today I went to open an account for my business and Polat was very kind in explaining and helping me with the process. The customer service was excellent.

I came in with a simple question about a tenant security deposit account, and the clerk treated me like I was clueless. Instead of explaining clearly, they hid behind jargon and “big words” as if their goal was to confuse and talk down to me. This is not the Chase I’ve trusted in the past—it seems to be a problem with this specific branch. Banking should be about service, not ego. Next time, try respecting customers and explaining things clearly instead of acting superior.

Front lobby staff, Laura, would benefit from training in customer service and professionalism - it’s inappropriate to be whispering behind the glass to the teller with the customer in front of you and rolling your eyes. Will not be returning to this branch.

Extremely unfriendly to businesses. Everything is an excuse for “security.” Seriously? A $20,000 monthly mobile deposit limit for a Business Preferred account? That’s a joke. And then they “waive” the monthly fee only if you keep over $30,000 sitting in the account doing nothing. What a terrible way to treat business customers. Absolutely unacceptable.

I was helped by Hermes, with an account document request.
I came in a Saturday, and there was no wait. Hermes was efficiently helpful, providing smooth and professional service.
I am glad to have a Chase bank branch nearby, conveniently located near several train stations.

Actually great branch.
I had many negative experiences in other branches, but here always no line. People are nice.
And security guards actually do something about homeless people. While other branches allow homeless people to sleep inside....

I have banked with chase for over 5 years, been to many branches, and this is the worst one. Their system was down and just keeps the customer waiting for an hour. The reception attitude was also really bad, no apologies or good explanation, not an estimation of how much longer is the wait.

Johnathan Q.G was very kind and thoughtful. He made opening a new account for my daughter a smooth process even after we arrived quite late upon our agreed time. He instantly pulled out a lollipop and crayons for my little one with no hesitation. There was never a dull moment. Thank you Jonathan!

Extremely clean and professional branch. We met with Jonathan who was friendly and knowledgeable regarding banking with chase. We also met with Edward who understands the investment side and provided a recommendations regarding which account to open.Very pleased with my experience, will come again.
