Came here twice and got two different experience.
First time I came here, a younger woman was helping me super efficiently and kindly. Very well informed and definitely made me feel great for coming in.
Second time I came, an older woman gave me an entirely opposite experience. I brought I’m a friend to ask for some advice on creating an account for him. She wouldn’t even let us know which account is for what. Just kept saying look in the app and such, we came all the at to get 1 on 1 to learn more. Legit a useless person who doesn’t even want to help. You know who you are, if you don’t want to help your clients, don’t sit in the front to assist your customers.

Bad customer service. The person working at the desk talks impatiently but happily communicates towards Chinese customers. Discriminating behavior.
